Great Location - Problematic Amenities - Responsive Host

This property located in an older and well maintained complex. Gorgeous views and perfect location.The listing was for 7 people but furnishings and accessories did not support this (4 chairs at dining table, not enough matching plates, cups, glasses or silverware for 7 to use at same time, broken ice maker etc). This worked for 2 but was not workable for hosting.I was in Isabela 2 weeks for work and planned to host colleagues and share the amazing view from the large balcony. There was not adequate seating inside or on balcony to do this.While it is common for there to be no glass in the windows so to enjoy the incredible sea breezes, this unit was without window screens. This meant keeping the window slats closed because of all the mosquitos.Overall, while this property might be OK for a quick night or two. It was very poorly and cheaply appointed and frankly uncomfortable for a longer stay.On a separate note, our Host, Arnaldo was very responsive when we raised our concerns (He promptly delivered ice trays, brought a mat to cover a failed repair in bath tub floor). We spoke with Arnaldo about the owner's multiple missed opportunities to a deliver a quality property interior which matched the interiors of other rental units in the same complex. He assured us he was in conversation with the owners and that improvements would be made.FWIW, we'd stay at this complex again and work with our host Arnaldo again but would not at this specific VRBO unit again.

Isabella apartment

We loved our stay! Apartment was very conveniently located near a beach with local bars and restaurants. We traveled to some of the nearby beaches but ended up preferring the proximity and less busy beach nearby. All of our questions were quickly answered and everyone was very helpful. Great peaceful getaway for our family.

Family Trip

I want to say thank you allowing us to stay at your place. Place was very clean, spacious, neighborhood was nice and quiet. Beautiful view from the balcony and if you wanted to visit the beach walking distance. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The view couldn’t be better from the lanai of the condo. Nice and clean condo, grounds kept up with a nice pool area, and good location.

Oceanfront Oasis

LOVED our stay in Isabela at Isabela Beach Court Condos. The apartment was spacious & clean with a GORGEOUS view of the ocean. The neighborhood was a peaceful beach town with lots of kiosks & oceanfront restaurants. It is a really nice change of pace from San Juan where we normally stay but you need to rent a car for sure. Well worth it though if you’re looking for a peaceful retreat. The host Arnaldo was very responsive & the rental process was super easy. Highly recommend!

It’s a nice apartment with an awesome view. The kitchen is great. However something’s need fixing and updating like the windows don’t open and need screens. if you advertise cable tv you should have it. Sliding door needs fixing ASAP!

Beautiful Oceanview

The view is breathtaking and the sound of ocean waves coming ashore is soothing. The condo was vey clean and every room had air conditioning.

April 1-8 at #7 Luxury Beachfront at Isabela

I enjoyed the oceanfront view and the sound of the waves for the days and nights we stayed. I loved the Mojito bars around the corner but I would suggest letting renters now that the noise and traffic for the weekends is easily heard from the condo.

Bajura Condo villa Pesquera

I loved the location overlooking the beach in Villa Pesquera. Stunning! Next to small restaurants and 10 min drive from Jobos Beach and Shack Beach, and Crash Boat Beach. The grounds of the Condo are well maintained and the area is very secure with full time security and entrance gate monitored 24/7. The condo itself wasn’t in great condition, needing a lot of maintainence. Nor was it the cleanest, even though we paid a cleaning fee. But the location! Quieter than Jobos but close enough to enjoy the eating establishments of Jobos.

Great spot right on the ocean!

Location is great! Very nice protected swimming hole to the east and nice sandy beach with waves to the west. Plus many more nice beaches within close driving distance. I wish we had at least one more day there.

Smelled of mildew beware!

The good: The view is gorgeous overlooking the beach/ocean. Check in was a breeze. Fun little beach bar across the street (open outdoors during Co-vid) with huge mohitos! Yum! Nice remodel on the kitchen, however the ice machine in freezer wasn't working. Cute beach decor. Property manager was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The bad: This place needs a TON of TLC. The furniture is falling apart with tears, stains, etc. There was no hot water. NONE. The faucets in the bathrooms were completely corroded which made it difficult to turn on/off. The entire place smelled of mildew so badly I had breathing issues immediately. The bathtubs were rotted out underneath but covered by a temporary film. Clearly there is mold growing underneath. The AC units in the back bedrooms have huge gaps between the unit and the window so it is hard to cool them down. Master bedroom worked fine. We had booked this place for 2 weeks but left the day after we checked in. As a VRBO host myself, I would never allow this sort of disrepair and expect guests to pay to stay here. I hope the owner is aware as to what is going on with their property. They clearly have not been here to see the condition of this place for quite sometime.

FIrst time to PR

The property was nice. At first it was difficult to get in and out because we did not know there was a key for the walk-in gates so we waited a number of times for a guard to return to the guard house. There are a number of small bar/cafes right there and we enjoyed that as well as the amazing shoreline in the area.
