Looking out from the kitchen into the great room, you will find a wooden dining table with seats for 6 as well as a bar stool area that will seat two. Just beyond, lies the living area where a plush grey sectional is centered around a seagrass rug and entertainment piece housing the flat screen TV. The light beige walls mixed with the coastal blue colors and seaside décor throughout the condo create a tranquil setting ideal for a peaceful getaway. The glass slider will lead you to the balcony where spectacular views of Amelia Island's pristine beaches can be viewed as you sip your morning coffee or enjoy a good read.

The master bedroom sits just off of the great room, and features a king size bed with a sea grass headboard, a flat screen TV, white plantation shutters, a master bath with a shower/tub combo and separate vanity area, and the same amazing views of the Florida coastline.

Back towards the entrance is a second bedroom, which offers two full beds with rustic white headboards, a flat screen TV, and plantation shutters. Adjacent is a second bath with a shower/tub combo.

This soothing escape is directly oceanfront and only steps from the sandy beach. A quick 2 minute stroll will take you to the huge Sea Dunes pool where you can bask in the sun or take a refreshing dip! It's the perfect getaway for a couple, a small family, or senior citizens. While staying in this luxury vacation condo you can visit the Omni Hotel to enjoy a glass of wine, ride bicycles through the plantation's many trails, take a stroll down to the plantation's many shops and restaurants, visit the miniature golf course near the plantation entrance, rejuvenate at the nearby spa and salon, or enjoy a golf game on one of Amelia Island Plantation's luxury golf courses. This condo also includes access to double tennis courts and pickles ball courts just across the street.

*****NOTICE: EXTERIOR STUCCO REPAIRS- Please be advised that exterior stucco repairs will take place from April through early June on the east side of the building.
A construction lift will be stationed on the property during this time, and guests may hear some noise during daylight hours as work is being completed. They are mainly painting and repairing stucco so while there could be some noise it is not continuous noise that is very intrusive.
