-Living/dining room with: large sofa/couch (which can open into a double sofa bed/clic-clac), armchair, coffee table, side table, foot stool, dining table, 6 chairs & high definition HD television/TV. This room has a bright open outlook with 2 new windows with acoustic glass onto the street.
-2 double bedrooms at the rear of the apartment overlook mature gardens. The bedrooms are quiet & private and separated from each other, and separate from the living room area. Master bedroom has: double bed, 2 bed side tables, large chest of drawers, extensive fitted wardrobes and a new window. Second bedroom has: double bed, 2 bed side tables, chest of drawers & wardrobe.
-New modern semi-open plan kitchen with all new appliances: cooker, 4 ring induction hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, microwave with grill, fridge and a wine cooler. Plus kettle, toaster, coffee maker & Nespresso machine. All essential cooking utensils provided. 6 person dining service/tableware.
-Modern bathroom with: WC, sink, full size bath tub with a shower & screen. Storage cupboards.

My apartment is in Chelsea, within the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, by Redcliffe Square, in-between Fulham Road & Old Brompton Road.

There are many bus-stops close-by.
The nearest underground/tube station is Earl’s Court Station which is on both the Piccadilly Line and District Line. The Piccadilly Line provides a direct service to Heathrow Airport & to the Eurostar Terminal at King's Cross St Pancras Station.
The nearby West Brompton train station provides trains to Gatwick Airport, to the suburbs to visit Windsor Castle or Hampton Court Palace, and to the Harry Potter Exhibition north of London.
A Bicycle Hire Station is close-by on Harcourt Terrace.

Comfortable flat, well-equipped and pleasant, in Earls Court Our family stayed there for 2 weeks and the flat had everything we needed. Beds are comfortable and there is a useful convenience store across the road. Minor negative points - the flat is on the top floor and there is no lift, so carrying luggage for a family for 2 weeks was difficult. There are no cafes or shops nearby Overall, I would stay there again if I was in London for a short time, but not with family, because of the luggage and the location in Earls Court, not Chelsea.

Lovely Apartment

Fantastic property in a nice part of town, close to restaurants, cafes and bars and convenient for tube station into central London. Caroline was easy to deal with and very accommodating to our needs. Lovely apartment with everything that you could need for a short stay.

Overall this was a very good property. We enjoyed our stay in such a central location. A couple of minor issues: the sofa bed had clearly been damaged by previous tenants and so was very uncomfortable - and as a family of five we had to use it; the shower was a bit temperamental - very hot and then very cold but it was manageable. Otherwise a good property - close to everything we wanted to do.

Wonderful for families

Our family of five (children ages 15, 12, 8) stayed seven nights at the end of July. The flat and location were perfect for us. Everything was in great condition, and the kitchen is very well stocked. Good size rooms, with more storage (closets, dressers) than any rental we’ve ever stayed in. Extra helpful touches included: portable fans, travel guides, leftover condiments, ample toilet paper and and tissues. Fantastic location: residential neighborhood, with Food & Wine mini-market, pizza take-out, and drink pub directly across street. 10 minutes walk to Tube. Street with multiple pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store within 5 minutes walk. For younger children: there a two playgrounds within two blocks: around the corner on Ifield Street, and in the square behind St Luke’s Church. Caroline was one of the most enjoyable owners we have rented from. She is organized, efficient, kind, and flexible. I appreciated her personal tour of the flat, and thorough helpful notes. She kindly let us drop some luggage off before check-in time, and let us keep luggage in the flat after check-out time while we finished a last tour. I would gladly stay here again.

Clean, nice and quite central

First of all, those two quiet and very well equipped bedrooms provided us with excellent chance to "recharge" ourselves after a long day in the city. Beds are large and comfortable, lining and duvets are of high quality. The sitting room is big enough, and the fully equipped kitchen was fantastic. Especially for non pub-food-fans, the kitchen and the supermarkets nearby provide a very good basis for a culinary diversity. The pub on a nearby the street is a must-visit, they have the best craft-beers on tap in the neighborhood. Bus stations 328 and 14, as well as tube station Earl's Court, are within 10 minutes of walk, you can also choose to walk to the museums in South Kensington. Landlord is a careful and lovely Londoner. All in all, it was a very nice stay worth repeating.

Fantastic flat!!

My family of four stayed at this fantastic flat in mid-June for a week. It was a great location in a wonderful area of London. The flat was spacious and so clean! My daughter had her own room and my son happily slept in the sofa bed in the main room. While he was in the room facing the street, the traffic noise was more like white noise and he slept very soundly! The back bedrooms were peaceful and spacious. There was plenty of closet space! The kitchen had everything we needed and we loved having the washer/dryer. The flat was a pleasant 12 minute walk to Earl's Court tube station (I recommend walking down Coleherne Road to Old Brompton Rd...it's a quiet residential walk). There were plenty of convenient places to pick up fruit and breakfast foods...and coffee shops as well. We enjoyed having pizza from across the street one evening when we wanted a quieter evening - so convenient! My husband and I also enjoyed a pint at the friendly pub across the street. Caroline was great with her communication and she made sure our stay was perfect! THANK YOU!!! I highly recommend this flat - it fit our needs perfectly!!

Perfect appartment!

The apartment was exactly as we expected it to be, it was perfect for our stay and it looks exactly like the photos posted here. We enjoyed staying in this flat. Plenty of room for 3 adults to spread out, a very nicely equipped kitchen for meals, it was very clean and well maintained. Everything we needed was just nearby.( a small grocery shop just on the other side of the street). It was a bit of a walk to the underground station (Earls court - about 8 min.) Caroline was very helpful and it was a plesure to communicate with her before we arrived. I would and have recommended this flat to others.

Voilà un appartement très confortable et très pratique pour séjourner à Londres. Métro et bus sont à 2 pas et le quartier charmant offre tout ce dont on a besoin : un commerce de proximité en face et les restos et magasins à courte distance. Ce 3 pièces avec 2 vraies chambres au calme est neuf et très bien équipé. La salle de bains et la cuisine sont belles et fonctionnelles. Rien ne manque ! Just perfect

perfect appartement

We ( a family with 5 people from 16 to 78) spent 4 wonderful days in this appartement, which was really clean and comfortable with a dishwasher and everything we need and only a few minutes walk to Earl's Court station. Caroline the owner was very helpful, she provided us with all the useful information for our holiday (for example how to get from the airport to her appartement) and during our stay she was allways reachable for us. Wonderful, comfortable apartment in a great locale

A friend and I stayed in this apartment during a one-week visit to London. We chose it for the location and the amenities. We were extremely pleased with our choice. The apartment is spotlessly clean, and the washer/dryer, dishwasher, wireless, and TV service provide all the comforts of home. Caroline was extremely helpful in researching our special requests, and the location is convenient to the Underground, buses and trains. Nice time in Chelsea

With two adults and two boys (12- and 15-year-old) we explored London in July 2014. Caroline's Finborough Flat was our homely base during this time. We did not regret the rental a single moment and take it into account for another visit of london. The flat is practically equipped and in a very good condition. We felt very comfortable. From the living room and dining room and the connected expedient kitchen you have a view on the street with car traffic and the everyday life of the residents. The bedrooms at the backside are wonderful quiet. Many tourist destinations are reachable by walk from the flat. The city walks gave us an intense impression of the pulsating life and London’s diverse architecture. Also reachable by walk are stations Earls Court and the station West Brompton. From there more distant destinations are easily reachable by underground or Railway. Also available by walk are diverse shops and pubs such as restaurants.

Really nice apartment, clean and safe. We had 3 adults + a toddler plenty of sleeping space. The stairs were a challenge daily with a stroller and too much shopping but overall it was GREAT! Also washer/dryer was very handy too!
