About the area
Sedona
Sedona is home to this holiday home. Shoppers can check out Tlaquepaque Arts and Crafts Village, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of Bell Rock and Red Rock State Park. M Diamond Ranch and Page Springs Fish Hatchery are also worth visiting.
This is a wonderful and convenient four bedroom site. The beds were all VERY comfortable and the hot tub was awesome. Location in the village of Oak Creek was amazing and we found so many great places to eat and shop a short walk away. Communication with the host was very smooth. I highly recommend the Ramen restaurant!
While it is a short drive into the actual heart of Sedona, I loved that we were able to sit on the patio and feel more connected to nature vs in the past when I’ve stayed closer to town and had all the traffic/noise to deal with. Very cozy and cute, worked great for a girls weekend.
This home is exactly as advertised and adorable. Top 5 best vacation rental ever! I would LOVE to come back, preferably in the summer. I can’t handle the cold anymore and being Christmas it was cold. We had the full Christmas dinner, baked cookies and the house was perfectly stocked with all we needed.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Disliked: Location, listing accuracy
Mountain biking Sedona
Property was old. The washer and dryer was old. The plumbing didn’t work properly. Location was in Oak Creek not west Sedona as listed. This added 40 minutes of driving to my day every day. Doors didn’t work properly latch/ open. Property area was very quiet, which was nice kitchen had all that needed to make a nice meal lots of pots and pans dishes.
This listing states that the property is in West Sedona and the listing map shows that it is in West Sedona. However, THE PROPERTY IS NOT IN WEST SEDONA.
The host is intentionally deceptive so that prospective guests believe the property is in the more desirable location of West Sedona. The actual property address is about 25 minutes away (without traffic) in an area south of Sedona proper called the Village of Oak Creek.
We booked this property in order to be near family staying in West Sedona. The day the booking started, the host messaged me the address and we discovered it was not in West Sedona. At this point, we could not find different accommodations for seven adults, as Sedona is a very busy and popular area and nothing else was available. We were forced to stay at this property (which, by the way, is a mobile home).
VRBO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE HOST REFUSE TO ACKNOWLEDGE OR REMEDY THIS DECEPTION IN ANY WAY. Any reimbursement was categorically denied as well as any acknowledgement of error or deception. As such, the host will be able to continue misleading customers by stating that this property is in West Sedona when it is not. Also, during this whole issue, Vrbo customer service was terribly condescending, argumentative, and unhelpful.
We had a great stay in Sedona! The house was clean and exactly as described. It is in a great location and close to everything that we were hoping to do. Plenty of room for the 8 people we had in our group, plus our pup!
Great property, Great Location close to Trails and restaurants, very clean and nicely set up with everything needed to make a excellent stay.
Would Highly recommend .
Great location in quiet neighborhood, nearby to trails and Village of Oak Creek
My group had a wonderful time in Sedona staying at this house! The house was clean and updated, and had everything we needed to enjoy 4 nights in Sedona during our mountain bike trip. The house had plenty of parking for 4 cars, and was spacious enough inside for our group to hang out in the mornings and evenings. We also really appreciated that our dogs could be with us during our trip, and they loved the house, also! The house is a short bike ride from the best mountain bike trails in Sedona, and it is also a short walk to town for dinner/drinks/coffee. We really loved being south of Sedona, as the grocery store was empty and town was less crowded down this way. I'd definitely use this property again for our next Sedona trip!
We absolutely loved staying at this property. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge. It is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood of Village of Oak Creek only a few short minutes from the busyness of Sedona and even closer to must see attractions like Bell and Cathedral Rocks. The home was very clean and nicely decorated in side and out. The 2 outdoor seating areas and a fire pit were perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking, biking and shopping. All appliances are new and in perfect working order. The laundry area was stocked with supplies as were the kitchen and bathrooms which was a nice touch. The owners very responsive to any inquires we had and were great to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.
Nicely decorated, comfortable, great deck, and very quiet neighborhood. Comfortably accommodated our group of 6, and appreciated owners/property are pet friendly. The only thing misleading was description says "West Sedona", when in fact property is in Village of Oak Creek and to us is South to South East of Sedona . LOTS of traffic on 179 trying to get into Uptown which was only real downside. Otherwise a great experience
Unreliable WiFi, mis-advertised location, poor communication with owner
I’ve stayed at 100+ rentals, and this is only my second time ever feeling a need to leave a bad review.
While we appreciated the living space itself, we had a poor experience during our week-long stay at this house.
Both my partner and I need WiFi to do our remote work. WiFi at the house was poor and unreliable, with 3Mbps measured speeds and multi-second latencies (normally this should be in tens of milliseconds). Websites frequently failed to load. We were routinely kicked off of Zoom calls. At one point, the WiFi even went completely out for an entire evening.
The owner contacted a technician to fix the WiFi, but they were unable to get it fixed in time for the calls we needed to make. We made clear that without WiFi, we'd need to book other accommodations for our work.
In the middle of a phone conversation to discuss next steps, the owner actually hung up on the call, leaving us with little alternative but to check out two nights early and stay elsewhere. Owner was unwilling to refund any portion of our last two nights or take responsibility for the unusable WiFi.
The listing at time of booking also misrepresented the location. Even though the listing describes the house as centrally located in West Sedona, the actual location is 10+ miles (22 minutes by car) south of Sedona — nowhere near the advertised location.
Overall, the house itself was a fine living space. But the unusable WiFi and poor communication and followup with the owner when something went wrong made for an unsatisfactory guest experience.
You’re better off exploring options elsewhere.
It is a comfortable and nicely decorated prefab home with special touches to make all guests feel welcome. The home is as shown in the pictures. The enclosed backyard makes it pet friendly. The 4 bedrooms are average size and comfortable. We had 6 adults in our group without issues of sharing 2 bathrooms. One bathroom has a shower/tub the other is a shower. It has a front Arizona room that allows you to remove your shoes and dusty hiking clothes before entering the house. It’s in a quiet and spacious neighborhood in the Oakcreek Area which is 20 to downtown and 10-30 to most of the popular hiking trails. It is close to many of the fabulous hikes Sedona has to offer. The owner was nice and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay.
This is an absolutely lovely home in a very quiet neighborhood with lots of tall trees - very scenic. Close to Sedona, but not so close as to be in all the traffic and tourist madness. The home was spotlessly clean, which is especially important during the pandemic. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!
