This spacious villa accomodates 6 individuals comfortably and is perfect for a family vacation It is surrounded by palm trees with a large screened pool deck that has a full patio set with chairs and loungers and BBQ where you can enjoy and relax by the pool in the Florida Sunshine!

This one story house comprises a large master bedroom with master bath, a queen sized guest room, and two twin sized bedrooms with a full bathroom in between. Contains a luxury lounge and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen - utensils and all! As well as a utility room with a washing machine, dryer and iron. All linen and towels are supplied and the bathroom has a hair dryer. Your Villa has everything you should need for a great holiday !

With a 5 min drive enjoy Sam's Beach bar and the SunWest Park which is a newly opened beach and recreational centre where you will find the softest sand, shallow waters with accomodations such as giant inflatable water slides for children and Volleyball courts. You could rent wakeboards, kayaks or a stand up paddle board (10$/each) - these activities make your day at the beach that much more entertaining and memorable! Dont forget to miss the world famous Clearwater Beach which is approximately 45 minuets away with golden beaches and amazing sunsets.

December trip

We came to Hudson to visit family. This house is great. It has everything you could possibly need. Spotlessly clean . The pool was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect for our trip to Hudson. Great location. Close to everything. Very clean and spacious rooms. Modern kitchen and bathrooms. We loved the heated pool and outdoor area. We had a few questions and issues which were quickly taken care of. Communication was terrific. The only drawback was because of the condition of the bbq grill we were unable to use it. But this was only a minor issue to us. We would definitely rent this lovely house again.

Perfect stay!!

This house is so beautiful and has everything we could've needed. The entire property was very clean and even better looking in person, it was a dream-home type feel for us. There's tons of space and it's more than enough for even 6 people. Easy communication when we needed it and no issues at all. 100% recommend!!

Wonderful relaxing getaway

This is a beautiful and spacious home. The house is immaculate. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glassware, pots & pans etc. There were plenty of linens, including pool/beach towels. Our primary intent was to rest and relax in the pool. The pool and lanai are well kept. Unfortunately, the BBQ grill was something we had wanted to use but simply could not because it was not in good condition. Communicating with the owner is easy and she is very responsive. This is an exceptional property for the price. We plan on booking it again when visiting the area - hopefully next spring.

Beautiful home

Vacationing and visiting family. This house was in a central location which was nice. Wonderful to come home to after a busy day! Pool was delightful! If we vacation in this area again we would love to stay in this home.

Excellent place to relax and recharge

Spacious, comfortable and attractive. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Dana was attentive and responsive to our questions and was very accommodating. Would have no hesitation in renting again.

Very nice.

Very lovely home with with beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. Living room sofa and chairs were not very comfortable but the beds were very comfortable. Pool was not heating when we arrived but I contacted owner who was very quick to respond. Owner had pool man come over that day. As soon as filter was cleaned, heater started working and pool heated to a comfortable temperature. Owner was always very responsive. House is close to grocery and restaurants and shopping is about 5 minutes away. Take Little Rd south for restaurants and some shopping or Rt 19 south about 8 miles for additional shopping. House is in nice, safe area.

Very clean and up to date home. Does need a larger hot water tank. Kids loved the pool.

We were very happy with the house when we arrived. The house was clean and very nice. The kids loved the pool. The only issue we had was taking showers. There are 2 showers in the home but if you use them at the same time plan on taking a cold shower. Hot water tank needs to be upsized.

House is very nice.

The owners made sure we had a Christmas tree and decorations for the holidays. The only complaints was the pool wasn’t warm for us to use. Which was the main reason for the house. The water heater for the showers needed maintenance, which was nobody’s fault. The home is very nice. Certain areas of Hudson not that nice. Hudson is 2 hours from Orlando which can be a bit of a hassle. Overall experience, pretty good.

Beautiful 1st impression but rough around the edges

The pool area wasn’t clean properly the BBQ grill was dirty it couldn’t be used without cleaning it. There was an open surgar and other food items left in a cupboard and ants were taking residence in there.The WiFi instructions were wrong. It cost me money on my cell phone so I could speak to the owner who still couldn’t put it right. But when it became apparent that the information she was giving me was wrong I got no acknowledgement from the host that the error was on her part. But my biggest disappointment was the poor maintenance of the screen around the pool. There are several areas where it’s torn and has large holes in it. So we still had to use mosquito repellents because my husband got a bite on or first nights stay. This was our sixth Home Away rental, also the most expensive one and the only one we’ve ever had to put a hefty refundable deposit on and it’s been the most over all disappointing one. On the up side its furnished beautifully the master suite is spacious the pool area is great for a morning swim (you loose the Sun in the afternoon) it’s in a great location for for beaches restaurants and a Publix just two minutes away.

Property absolutely amazing!

This house is truly amazing! Everything you need was right there ! Plenty of dishes, cup and cookware! The decor is beachy and makes you feel at home. Dana is very accommodating and responds immediately. I recommend this vacation to anyone who wants a nice calm vacation. Very clean! Thank you for having us.. see you next year!

Centrally located near golf course and gulf

We stayed at Dana's luxury golf course villa to be near the gulf and still have a nice pool to come back to. We couldn't be happier with the house. We chartered a boat with Captain Allen & went snorkeling on the Egmont Key South of St Pete's & toured the old fort ruins and lighthouse, we drove a little bit north and went kayaking on the Weeki Watchee river. Meanwhile we were close to visit the Grandparents in Brooksville. We filled in all of the gaps swimming in the Villa's pool which was well kept and clean and has a very nice outdoor lounge area. If you like to cook, you will be very happy with all of the modern appliances. Next time we will bring our clubs and try out the golf course. It looks very well groomed and I'm itching to try it.

Beautiful and very well kept home.

This was a wonderful place for my daughter, myself and 3 teens to stay. We came to visit my son and his family nearby. The pool was wonderful and my son and family come over a couple of days just to hang out, we even cooked out one evening. Everything was beautiful and very well maintained. Dana was very prompt to answer any questions. The only recommendation I have is a new brush to clean the grill. Everything else was perfect. Thank you for allowing our family to enjoy this lovely place.

The property is even nicer that the photos on line. Your greeted with a btl of wine which was unexpected. Very quite neighbourhood. Great place to golf or out for walks. There a Publix and restaurants within walking distance. Myself and my wife have been using HomeAway for about five or six years and by far this is the most beautiful house. There also five or six beach chairs with an umbrella if u want to go to the beach. The pool area is great , lots of seating and the pool is heated to 85/86 F. If you have questions for Dana, she answers your call or text right away. 👍👍👍👍👍 You will not be disappointed . Thanks Dana for a great vacation.

Great Week!

We spent spring break week with our family at this lovely house. The pictures accurately represent this stylish home. The house was also very clean, and the neighborhood was quiet. My teens enjoyed the pool and spaciousness of the house, and the screened in pool area is also a great asset to the house. The owner was quick to answer any questions that we had. We would recommend this house to other family and friends!

Luxury golf course villa

Lovely, elegant and gave you a feeling of home as soon as you walk in. It was the perfect place to land. The whole house is beautifully decorated, the kitchen was a nice place to cook. we had the perfect amount of linens and the beach towels felt like a perfect bonus. Our party of six adults was very comfortable. A few people golfed at Fairway Oaks all were very pleased with the experience. We ate at Sam's Beach bar which was very good. After dinner, we experienced dolphins swimming by during a beautiful sunset! Visited Tarpon Springs Loved the Sponge Docks with the marvelous Greek & Seafood restaurants. Also took the sunset cruise on our last evening it was very nice. We all enjoyed the pool and took a dip every morning. the view of the pool was very nice when you woke up in the morning to just sit by the water and enjoy a cup of coffee. Also, as the evening came and with the pool lit it was very lovely. I must share visiting from the north, it was very nice to have seen several different birds fly overhead, bald eagles, herons and we also saw a sandhill crane just to name a few, that was neat. Nice relaxing home

The house was just as shown in pictures. One thing we would have liked was a cookie sheet or pizza pan there were none to be found. And there were only 3 bowls for eating cereal. As a family of 5 we had to improvise with cool whip containers. Pool was nice and warm. When we home our children. Stayed in the pool most of the time. There are two new small sized children's bikes in the garage. Our 2 year old especially loved the "motorcycle" bike.
