About this property
Brackenbury Road | Pro-Managed
Beautifully styled split level apartment in one of London’s most popular family neighbourhoods
LIVING & EATING
The centrepiece of this home is the bright open plan sitting room and eat-in kitchen. Windows on both sides bathe the room in light, and an office nook provides the perfect space to work (if you have to!).
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This is a great family home and can sleep up to six people. The upper floor has three bedrooms, two with UK king-size (5ft wide) beds, the third with a single bed with a pullout beneath it (this pulls out to form a double bed). These rooms are served by a family bathroom with shower stall and bath. A further cloakroom/WC is adjacent to the sitting room.
Please note: The third bedroom is very tight and has no storage space. It is best suited to children and when the bed is extended to form a double, it does occupy almost all of the room.
ACCESS & LAYOUT
The entrance to the flat is at ground level, with stairs leading up to the kitchen/sitting room level. A further flight of stairs lead to the top floor.
ON YOUR DOORSTEP
This magnificent home enjoys an excellent location in the heart of "Brackenbury Village”, so-called for its relaxed, friendly and almost rural feel. Small independent shops and some excellent pubs (notably the “Anglesea Arms”) are in close walking distance, as is the beautiful Ravenscourt Park. Access to the bright lights of London are within convenient reach also and the home is served by two nearby underground stations: Goldhawk Road and Hammersmith (from which Piccadilly Circus is a mere 16 minutes journey).
