Disfrute de este espectacular complejo privado recién remodelado como destino de vacaciones con todas las comodidades de una casa de lujo. El complejo ofrece 3 casas de diseño ubicadas en 1 acre de propiedad frente al lago en Lake Hamilton en Hot Springs, AR.

Las tres casas están situadas alrededor de un gran camino ovalado que ofrece mucho estacionamiento. Hay varias áreas con césped para jugar y descansar, así como 100 'de frente de lago. Todas las casas están equipadas con Roku Smart TV y acceso WIFI. Este oasis privado es perfecto para un retiro familiar o grupal en una excelente ubicación en el canal principal, y también cerca de muchos servicios.

La casa frente al lago es una casa de diseño personalizado llena de luz con 2 dormitorios, una sala de literas, 2 baños y lavandería. Los techos altos ofrecen ventanas de 9 pies que muestran vistas de 180 grados del hermoso lago Hamilton. Una gran cubierta de la sala de estar abierta / cocina / comedor ofrece amplios asientos al aire libre, hoguera, mesas y sofás para el mejor lugar para la relajación.

La cabina tiene una cama queen y colchón de aire disponibles, junto con una cocina, baño y áreas de descanso dentro y por fuera. Esta casa de 360 pies cuadrados tiene capacidad para 2-4 personas.

Las tres casas combinadas pueden alojar hasta 18 personas y cuentan con colchones de alta calidad que son limpios y nuevos. Christmas on the road

It was an amazing environment. The houses were clean, thanks for the Christmas tree!! It made the mood that much more holiday oriented. Communication was on point when help was needed. I look forward to telling others about property and may look forward to trying to rent again in near future. Everyone has a great time!

4 Generation Family Vacation

Our stay at the Lake Hamilton Retreat was perfect. We traveled with 4 generations of family. Seniors, Adults, Children 12 and under and an infant. Great accommodations for the infant. Full crib, high chair, stroller and a travel crib! For the other children and adults the 2 double kayaks, 2 single kayaks were perfect. The boat dock and swim area met our needs to dock our boat and play in the water around the dock after full days on the lake. Each house served us perfectly. We all had our privacy and able to gather as a group at the lake house. Beautiful deck, overlooking the lake and dock area. Blackstone grill made cooking a breeze. The hot tub was easy to access, clean and perfect temperature. Everyone enjoyed our time so much and hated to leave!! If we decide to vaca in Arkansas again, I’m sure we will check on this availability.

Great Time

Everything was great! Just as presented on line. The large yard made it possible for the kids to play games and lots of room for outdoor movie night. The kayaks were lots of fun.

Perfect for Large Families

We chose this property as a new location for our yearly family lake trip. My siblings and parents live in various locations across the country. With four individual families, each with children, we have struggled in past years to find locations that could comfortably accommodate us. The property was ideal in that it offers a large spacious great room for meals, games, and family time but also gave everyone privacy and individual space to relax. We brought a boat along with two jet skis. The dock accommodated us well and also allowed for fishing. Fantastic experience. We will definitely book this one again.

Vacation 2023

The property on Summersweet Trail in Royal AR was perfect for our family of 17. The pool was enjoyed by all but especially the kids. All the space was extremely helpful. Communication with the property manager was easy and she was very responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation

Amazing vacation spot

Amazing property! The 3 areas allowed for quiet time for those who sought alone time while others enjoyed the deck, lake and hot tub. Beautiful layout with spectacular views. Beds were comfortable and everything we needed we had! Owners were very responsive and so so nice! Thank you we had a great vacation.

Couldn't have picked a better place

My husband and i got married in hot springs this weekend from out of state, and these homes accommodated our friends and family perfectly. The host was so easy to communicate with, everything was clean and in great quality. This listing is absolutely gorgeous and matched the photos identically. We would recommend this 100x over, ans hope to one day come back and stay again!

Wonderful weekend of memory making with a large family reunion.

We so enjoyed the 3 distinct areas for maximizing family time while the walk back to people's private rooms was short and easy! The view was lovely and peaceful. There was all we needed for utensils to cook for a large crowd! We made a lifetime of memories in a short weekend!!

Malrey Family Christmas

We had a great time spending Christmas at the property! It was a great space for each age group and when we came together. The location is convenient to local shopping. While there were linens provided, I recommend bringing a few extra sets to avoid doing laundry. Definitely designated this property as a favorite

Friendsmas 2022

This property provided top tier service from the communication, location, accommodations, scenery, and comfort. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to have our annual Friendsmas celebration. Three separate locations that can house different families all at one time is the way to go. We highly recommend this spot and will definitely be booking in the future.

Amazing place

We took a group of high school kids for a youth retreat and it was perfect! The location was great, there was so much to do and plenty of space for everyone. The view was gorgeous and everyone loved being on the lake. The property was fabulous and we can’t wait to come back!

PERFECT in all ways!

This was a last family vacation together with our kids before they got married. Two families and the space was perfect for us. The hosts were so accommodating and it was one of the most well stocked kitchens we have had. The view is beautiful. The location is good and convenient to lots of things. You can also boat to restaurants and such. This is one of the nicest lakes we have been on. +++ all the way around. Lots of memories made.

Beautiful lake vacation stay

We had a wonderful stay at Hamilton lake. Property is incredible. So many fun things to do. Communication with the managers of the property was easy and quick. We highly recommend this place for family and group getaway.

Together again!

This was an excellent fit for our family. It allowed for individual families to have their own space and yet had great deck and indoor areas to gather altogether. We had a fantastic weekend!

So relaxing and fun!

We absolutely loved our stay and loved the view off the back deck! Loved the ability to have seperate spaces with the three houses. Each couple had their own area and then we would all meet in the main house for dinner and fun! The hot tub was perfect and we used it nightly.
