Great location for exploring southern Puglia

If you want to boost Otanto, Lecce, Porto Caesarea, Castro , Galatina, Tricase et al this is the location for you! Massimo the owner lives next for and is extremely communicative and helpful.

Wonderful Stay

We had a lovely time at this beautiful villa which was a perfect home base for exploring Puglia. Massimo was a fantastic host — readily available and a great help with recommendations and reservations. The house is as beautiful as it is in the photos!

Un Paradiso...nascosto!

Quando siamo arrivati al cancello di questa Antica Dimora, non avremmo immaginato di trovare un piccolo Paradiso! La ristrutturazione della intera struttura è recente e molto raffinata; non si finisce mai di scoprirne i dettagli. La cura nel "restauro" rivela la passione e l'amore del proprietario Massimo per questo luogo, che ha conservato comunque un "sapore" antico. Ed ogni giorno che si rimane si percepisce sempre di più il benessere che questa luogo emana ....tanto che a volte non si ha più voglia di uscire, nonostante la zona abbia attrattive culturali e un magnifico mare! Le 3 suites sono dotate di ogni confort e sono immerse in un bell'agrumeto, tra 2 piscine. La giornata inizia propria di fronte alla quiete di una di queste piscine....con una ricca colazione. Alla sera si può cenare nel ristorantino appena fuori il B&B...ottimo! Massimo, il proprietario, originario di questa terra, è gentile e disponibile nel fornire indicazioni per poter far conoscere al meglio il Salento. Ci ritorneremo....molto presto!

Beautiful villa with great hosts!

We had an amazing time staying at Massimo’s place. The villa is even more beautiful in person and was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. It was central to a bunch of other nearby places on our list to visit and centrally located in the town. Massimo was a great host and very communicative and helpful throughout our stay as well as during our trip planning process. Can’t recommend staying here enough, and would love to come back to stay again. His place made our trip so special!

Traumunterkunft; alle Wünsche wurden komplett erfüllt.

Ab der ersten Sekunde fühlt man sich zu Hause. Die Inhaber Marina und Massimo sind absolut tolle Gastgeber mit einem Einsatz denn ich noch nie erlebt habe. Sie sind immer zu Stelle wenn man sie braucht. Die Dimora, die Zimmer, die Küche, der Pool, der Garten einfach alles bis ins Detail gepflegt. Die Privatsphäre genial. Am liebsten würde ich hier einziehen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön von uns allen für dieses Erlebnis und die tolle Zeit die wir verbringen durften. Wir kommen wieder….❤️

Wonderful, beautiful, elegant!

Such a warm welcome from the owners of this secret hideaway. Everything inside the house is wonderful, a treat for the eyes and tranquility for your soul. Such attention to detail inside and out, made our visit so special. Our hosts couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend this rental to everyone. Thank you very much.

Luxury stay in a friendly village

Our group of seven friends had an excellent stay in this luxurious and spacious masseria. The property has been renovated to a very high standard with lovely pool, garden and outdoor dining areas. Elegant furnishings and art works have been carefully chosen to complement the villa. The village is quiet and within easy driving distance of major towns and sights in the region. Beautifully presented Masseria

The property is very chic and the decor is impressive. The bedrooms are large and comfortable with ensuites. The grounds are well kept and the pool a welcome addition even in September. The town is on your doorstep and is very authentic with bars , bakery, cafes, pizzeria and a trattoria within easy walking distance. If you are looking for nightlife then this is not the town. It is very peaceful and friendly. The host, Massimo is very charming and very proud of his property and rightly so. If you love to cook as we did, the kitchen could have better utensils such as sharp knives and decent pans, but there are plenty of plates, bowls etc. Our group also thought that it would be nice to have an outdoor couch and chairs. But that is only a small suggestion. I would recommend this as a good base for sightseeing around the south of Puglia.

GORGEOUS MASSERIA IN SOUTH PUGLIA

We had a great week of vacation at Massimo's! The house is very spacious, beautifully decorated with great taste, the garden is sublime and very well maintained, the pool is very nice, once inside, you don't want to get out of it anymore. Massimo lives right next door and is very responsive to requests, he provides you with all the necessary recommendations for a perfect stay. I highly recommend this home!

Rustig gelegen en zeer mooi ingerichte Villa

Zeer gastvrij ontvangen door Massimo. Rustig gelegen Villa in een klein dorpje , centraal geleden in het Zuiden van Puglia. Alles vlot bereikbaar. Mooi ingericht, rustige tuin met veel Privacy. We hebben een heel fijne vakantie gehad!

Oasi di piacere nell'ardente Salento

In quattro coppie di amici abbiamo soggiornato nella masseria di Massimo nella prima settimana di Luglio di quest'anno , ed è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa dopo un viaggio in auto estenuante. In questo paesino del leccese , circondato da una campagna arsa da un sole pazzesco , una chicca di architettura e tranquillità ci ha cullato per una settimana ad ogni ritorno da impegnative giornate marine. Perchè il bello dell'Antica Dimora è anche questo : la posizione strategica al centro del Salento, che ti consente di visitare , facendo poca strada , tutti gli angoli di questa incredibile parte d'Italia , dallo scoglio adriatico alle sabbie ioniche alla straordinaria punta di Leuca . Un fresco giardino , una rinfrescante piscina , il tutto nel silenzio più assoluto .Complimenti Massimo , per noi hai fatto bingo!!!!! Emilio & compagnia dalla Maremma .A proposito, anche da noi c'è tutto questo, e non certamente di qualità inferiore . Viva l'Italia , tutta bellissima , e noi fortunati a viverci .

Incantevole masseria

Appena varcato L ingresso mi sono ritrovata in questa magnifica masseria tipicamente salentina. Sia gli arredi interni che esterni la rendono davvero incantevole!! Ogni cosa è curata nel minimo dettaglio e questo rende L atmosfera davvero unica, ben oltre ogni mia aspettativa. Non ultima da evidenziare la cortese ed attenta accoglienza del proprietario che ha reso il soggiorno mio e della mia famiglia indimenticabile. Da non perdere!!!

Fantastico posto !!! Charme ovunque

Il soggiorno in questa masseria e' stato a mio avviso spettacolare .Il gusto e la qualita della struttura arredata secondo l eleganza che si addice ad un edificio del 700 e' difficile a trovarsi abitualmente Soprattutto abbinata alla gentilezza e disponibilità del propietario e del personale che ti coccolano in questo magico contesto. Ci tornero' a breve e la consiglio a tutti i piu cari amici.

Aggiornamento

Sono tornata per il secondo anno consecutivo in questa splendida dimora, e non posso che confermare il mio giudizio più che positivo. Ho trovato alcuni cambiamenti, che vorrei segnalare. Il proprietario ha restaurato un'altra ala della casa, dove si è trasferito. Non sarebbe aperta al pubblico, ma qualche volta, di fronte a una richiesta rispettosa e non invadente, Massimo si lascia convincere e mostra una delle più belle e meglio arredate dimore salentine che abbia visto: vale la pena di provare! Come ho scritto l'anno scorso, però, anche le altre ali della casa, adibite a bed and breakfast, trasudano buon gusto, eleganza, cura raffinata e mai banale del particolare. Alle camere dello scorso anno se ne sono aggiunte due nuove, la Don Gaetano e la Donna Palmira. La prima non ho potuto vederla perché occupata, mentre posso parlare della seconda perché ci ho dormito! È' una stanza piena di fascino e molto particolare: il letto matrimoniale e' posto in un'ampia nicchia, e da' la sensazione di dormire avvolti in un abbraccio. Il bagno e' molto bello e un po' malizioso, con le sue quinte in cristallo e acciaio. Ultima novità, la colazione: ferma restando la possibilità di consumarla anche alle otto del mattino, quest'anno si è creata la consuetudine di ritrovarsi tutti, ospiti e padrone di casa, alle 9.30-10, intorno al desco. È' l'occasione per conoscersi, stringere amicizie, socializzare, chiacchierare, scambiarsi impressioni sul Salento. Il padrone di casa fornisce in quesi casi consigli, indicazioni, numeri di telefono di ristoranti e stabilimenti... Insomma, un'altra vacanza piacevolissima!

Raffinata atmosfera del Salento

Questa elegante masseria, pur dotata di ogni moderno comfort, riporta indietro nel tempo.. Essa, infatti, esprime il sapore e l'atmosfera tipica del Salento. Quiete, relax e cura dei particolari, fanno di questa antica dimora, il luogo ideale dove soggiornare. Management eccellente. Vacanza da principesse

What a lovely discovery. A handsome Man and equally beautiful relais!😊we had an amazing time staying at "Dimora dei giardini segreti'' we felt like princesses in our beautiful rooms and in a luhs garden with swimming pool. UN LUGAR DE ENSUEÑO!

Tras un maravilloso periplo de 3 semanas por la maravillosa Puglia, he transcurrido junto a mis padres y mi hija, una semana inolvidable en esta joya del Salento, la Masseria de Massimo! Llegar a esta propiedad es un autentico REGALO! Esta finca con indescriptible encanto, (hay que verlo y vivirlo para creerlo!) es un lugar escondido en la región mas bonita de Italia! De construcción característica con techos en boveda, espacios airosos, llenos de luz y decorados hasta el mas mínimo detalle con infinito encanto, jardines manicurados llenos de flores olorosas, arboles centenarios, un equipamiento de lujo, ambientado con mucho gusto, esencia e inmejorable confort, este lugar secreto y autentico ha hecho de nuestra estancia un recuerdo inolvidable en nuestro viaje! Desde Marbella GRACIAS y nuestros mejores deseos a Massimo y a Carmen y sin lugar a dudas HASTA PRONTO!

Un lugar de Ensueño!

Un incredibile oasi segreta

E' il secondo anno che trascorro presso questa incantevole dimora. Ed ogni anno si scopre qualcosa di nuovo. Massimo ha fatto di questa Masseria un' opera d'arte vivente che ogni anno si arricchisce di nuove stanze, nuovi dettagli, nuovi arredi dal gusto impeccabile. L' atmosfera che si respira è sempre di grande pace e piacevolezza. E le Colazioni preparate da Carmen alla mattina non possono che far iniziare la giornata con un sorriso. Grazie Massimo & Carmen per averci fatto trascorrere, anche quest'anno, dei bei momenti che porteremo con noi.... All'anno prossimo.

Ho già nostalgia

Ho già nostalgia, Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana a giugno Un posto incantevole, un ambiente fantastico, stanze grandi ed accoglienti, dotate di tutte le comodità. La cura dei particolari e la raffinatezza dell’ambiente immersi nella pace del Salento rendono la vacanza indimenticabile. Cosa c’è di più bello, dopo tanto lavoro ….farsi coccolare in un ambiente elegante e pieno di fascino con una favolosa colazione, baciati dal sole, con il profumo degli agrumi …magari dopo una salutare nuotata??? Vacanze da ripetere … ve lo consiglio…

splendida location

situato in un piccolo paesino nell'entroterra salentino, la masseria nasconde un vero e proprio tesoro che dall'esterno è inimmaginabile. Splendide le camere, provviste di ogni comfort, con uno stile moderno e ben curato che abbraccia alla perfezione la storia dell'edificio. Spazi ampi e puliti, ma il vero gioiello è l'esterno. Un cortile\ frutteto curato nei minimi dettagli ed arricchito dalla doppia piscina. Consiglio a tutti di andarci. E' il luogo perfetto per staccare dalla vita di tutti i giorni e rinascere nella tranquillità della masseria
