Villa Luna is located in the heart of Maremma Toscana and overlooks the most beautiful sea of Argentario, in the bay of Cala del Gesso. It is characterized by a stone architecture and large windows with an amazing view of the sea (it is practically overhanging the Cala del Gesso).
The Villa is completely autonomous surrounded by a beautiful garden where you can relax, sunbathe looking towards the horizon of the Tuscan Archipelago. The villa is located within the condominium of Cala del Gesso and from the house you can walk down to the sea - the bay of Cala del Gesso - with a pedestrian path of about 700m and a drop of 140m.
The beach is free (without establishments) and with a beach of sand, small gravel and rocks.
The sea is beautiful and offers the opportunity to snorkel or just swim in one of the most beautiful stretches of sea in Tuscany.
PLEASE NOTE: guests are asked to pay cash on arrival an extra cost for delivery and final cleaning equivalent to 190€ plus 10€ for linen for each guest.
Villa Luna is perfect for those who want to enjoy a relaxing vacation, surrounded by nature and sea. Spectacular sunsets can be enjoyed from the large terrace/garden.
Villa Luna is complete with wi-fi and everything you need for a pleasant vacation including air conditioning and other appliances such as washing machine and dishwasher. From the Villa, in addition to enjoying the beautiful Tuscan coast, with beaches, coves and bays, you can visit the most beautiful Tuscan villages such as Magliano, Capalbio, Talamone. By car or train you can also reach other famous Tuscan cities that can not be missed such as Florence, Siena, Pisa, Grosseto. Not to be overlooked is the possibility of reaching the beautiful spas and the ancient villages full of history of the Val d'Orcia (San Gimignano, Montalcino, San Quilico, etc.).

Super Unterkunft

Von der Terrasse aus hatten wir einen super Blick auf die kleine Bucht mit Booten und kristall-klarem Wasser. Bei gutem Wetter hatten wir Sicht auf die Inseln Giglio, Montecristo und Elba. Bei gutem Wetter erkennt man auch die Küstenlinie von Korsika. Die Gegend war angenehm ruhig und entspannend. Nachts kann der Lärm der Zwergohreulen etwas nerven, aber für uns tat das der Schönheit des Ortes keinen Abbruch. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war unkompliziert und angenehm, trotz Sprachbarriere. Ich kann den Ort nur weiterempfehlen und überlege im nächsten Jahr erneut zu buchen. Vielen Dank Isabella

Ein wundervoller und unvergesslicher Ort mit 1a Meerblick.

Unsere hohen Erwartungen wurden doch tatsächlich noch übertroffen. Haus und Hof waren perfekt für uns und unsere Bedürfnisse. Der Weg zum Strand in der Bucht unterhalb hat uns ( um die 60 und nur wenig trainiert) schon gefordert war aber machbar, nur Mut…(hin 20, zurück 40 Min.)

Schöne Villa in traumhafter Lange

Die Villa Luna befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Lange an einem Steilhang oberhalb einer kleinen, zauberhaften Bucht mit Blick auf eben diese Bucht. Das Haus ist geräumig und bietet mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern, großer Küche und Wohnbereich genug Platz für 4 Personen. Der Aussenbereich mit traumhafter Aussicht auf die Bucht hat verschiedene, teils beschattete Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die gesamte Anlage ist gut ausgestattet, aber vorallem sauber und gepflegt. Wir hatten einen traumhaften und erholsamen Aufenthalt!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in der Villa Luna

Wir haben zu zweit (für bis zu 4 Personen würde ich die Villa empfehlen) eine sehr schöne knappe Woche in der Villa Luna verbracht. Es handelt sich dabei um eine Art Doppelhaushälfte mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Das Häuschen ist total süß, insgesamt alles schon etwas älter - man sollte also nichts sehr schickes erwarten oder wollen, dann wäre man in der Villa Luna wahrscheinlich fehl am Platz. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und alles, was wir gebraucht haben, hat auch funktioniert. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und absolut unkompliziert. Der Weg zum Strand ist für normal gesunde Leute absolut kein Problem. Insgesamt sind wir absolut zufrieden und top erholt nach einer traumhaften Woche!

Geniale Lage

Die Vermieterin, wie auch die Dame, die die Schlüsselübergabe gemacht hat, waren beide sehr freundlich, flexibel und hilfsbereit. Danke Isabella und Fiorella! Die Lage ist traumhaft, jeden Abend durften wir den Sonnenuntergang genießen, unsere Hündin konnte sich frei bewegen, da das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist, das Meer, das auf einem steilen Weg in 15 Gehminuten zu erreichen ist ist ein Traum, Taucherbrille nicht vergessen! Die Straßen sind steil, eng und kurvig, davor sollte man keine Angst haben. Schöne Ausflüge ins Hinterland lohnen sich unbedingt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und auch sonst hatten wir zu viert genug Platz, vor allem vor dem Haus gibt es wirklich viele Sitzmöglichkeiten und Liegestühle. Die Reinigungskosten sind gesalzen aber dafür war es wenigstens sauber.

Bester Sonnenuntergang ever , zauberhafte Bucht

2 Wochen Urlaub in einer wundervollen Umgebung . Die Sonnenuntergänge sind magisch. Im Haus alles vorhanden was man braucht . Einzige Wermutstropfen: Stechmücken-Alarm und keinerlei Einkehrmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wer im Urlaub nicht gerne kocht ist hier falsch :-) Der Weg zum Strand ist machbar. Wir sind jeden Tag zum Strand gelaufen und mit viel Schweiß wieder nach oben :-) Im August ist auch dieser Strand sehr gut belegt aber ab 17.00 Uhr oder gleich morgens ist der Besuch auch mit Hund gut möglich . Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und die Schlüsselübergabe liefen sehr freundlich und zuverlässig ab. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt .

Traumhafte Aussicht

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausdame war unkompliziert. Im Haus selbst war alles vorhanden. Was man für einen Erholungsurlaub braucht, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Alles war sauber und hat funktioniert. Der Ausblick übers Meer war atemberaubend. Der Weg zum Meer war sehr steil, aber gut zu meistern, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche mit unvergleichlichen Sonnenuntergängen.

Traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge

Wir hatten 12 tolle,entspannte Tage .Das Haus hat italienischen Charme, eine traumhafte Aussicht. Kein Luxus, aber alles vorhanden was man braucht.vom Parkplatz zum Haus geht man über eine Treppe. Zum Strand idyllischer Weg mit gutem Schuhwerk gut zu erreichen. Panini gibts 7km entfernt. Gerne wieder. Schlüsselübergaben pünktlich und sehr freundlich,danke Fiorella.

Wunderschöne Lage

Wir haben eine Woche mit unserem Labrador im Ferienhaus Luna verbracht und können nur Positives berichten. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, die Terrasse ein Traum und der Blick atemberaubend. Wir werden die tollen Sonnenuntergänge nie vergessen. Sehr angenehmer Kontakt mit Vermieterin Isabelle und Fiorella vor Ort. Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Urlaubsziel inmitten einer herrlichen Natur.

Schöne Aussicht Rest schlecht

Hausdame war nicht gerade freundlich! Ganz schnell Geld für Endreinigung und dann verschwunden!!! Handtücher alt und abgenutzt, Besteck in der Küche teilweise nicht sauber und wurde von mir nachgereinigt! Die Dusche und auch das Badezimmer sehr verwohnt und abgenutzt. Duschköpfe beide defekt. Wanne verschmutzt und unangenehmer Geruch kommt aus dem Wannenabfluss. Das Objekt ist insgesamt sehr verwohnt und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Die Waschmaschine ist so schmutzig, dass man allenfalls die Hundedecken darin waschen kann. Für Ihr Objekt spricht: Die Aussicht ist wahrer Traum. Leider muss man sehr sportlich sein, um hinunter ans Meer zu kommen.

Wundervolle Zeit

Wir verbrachten eine wundervolle Woche in diesem schönen Haus. Die Aussicht ist hervorragend, einfach nur traumhaft. Umgeben von wunderschöner Natur und zirpenden Grillen. Der Weg vom Strand ist ein guter Fitmacher. In der Bucht kann man im glasklaren Wasser schnorcheln. Man ist schnell in verschiedenen authentischen italienischen Supermärkten im nahegelegenen Santo Stefano, wo es auch sehr leckere Restaurants am idyllischen Hafen gibt. Die vielen langen Sandstrände haben wir gerne besucht. Doch am meisten gefiel uns die eigene kleine Bucht in der Nähe vom Haus. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geräumig. Es war sehr sauber und liebevoll hergerichtet. Es gibt verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten und ausreichend Schatten. Das Grillen mit Blick auf das Meer macht wirklich Spaß! Wir haben nichts vermisst und uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder! Herzlichen Dank für alles!

Sublime oceanview and very friendly hostess

Hey I spent 10 days with my family in this quiet and private oceanview villa. The villa is a family summerholliday villa, that the hostess’ architect parent drew around 50 years ago. Being an architect drawn villa, the layout of the villa is so well planned, that you can enjoy the oceanview from the dinnertable as well as when lying on the sofa in the livingroom. As the house is 50+ years old, the house is not for those, who expect a hightech luxury villa. With that being said, everything is in working order, and the few things, that needed fixing while we were there, were taken care of right away by the hostess Isabella. So if you are looking for an affordable villa with stunning oceanview, the feel of a cozy and charming family summerholliday villa, and a very friendly and helpfull hostess, then this is the place for you! 😃 Henrik// 🇩🇰

Erholung pur

Das Haus ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles funktioniert und ist zweckmäßig. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die neue Gastherme und der perfekte funktionierende Kamin für kühle Abende. Ein großer gemauerter Holzkohlegrill steht zur Verfügung. Der Ausblick ist gigantisch und es entgeht einem kein Sonnenuntergang und das direkt über der rauschenden Gischt in der Cala del Gesso zu der man vom Haus aus ca. 15-20 min zu Fuß braucht. Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen!!!
