Great Design Apartment Near Acropolis And Top Sights, Free Wi-fi

The apartment’s size is 70 square meters, has two balconies (living room and bedroom) and is divided in two spaces: the living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, wooden floor, hidden lighting, design furniture, and the bedroom with a bathroom which has a glass partition through which you can see a built large shower area. Both spaces are comfortable, have beautiful materials and guarantee a delightful stay. Ideal for a couple. A sofa turns into two beds in the living room for a third and a forth person or a child.
There is also free wi-fi, washing machine, coffee maker, boiler, two air conditioners, iron with iron board and you tube on the TV.
The owner is an architect and has designed the interior of the apartment with excellent materials, great design and quality of construction.


There is car transportation service from the airport to the property.

Only costs 45 euros from 5am to midnight.
And from midnight to 5 am 60 euros.

Also if you arrived late at the property after the 6 pm .
You'll be charged 35 euros.

Amazing! Definitely recommend!

This was mine and my boyfriend’s first time using vrbo and we have had a really pleasant experience overall. Our stay at this apartment was incredible, really couldn’t recommend it more!. The host was very helpful and friendly on our arrival and throughout our stay. We thought the location was perfect as it is round the corner from acropolis, loads of bars and restaurants nearby. There was also an easy accessible metro station if you want to adventure out. The apartment itself was very safe and secure. Bigger than we expected! Which was a lovely surprise. Very clean and tidy. The balcony was a sun trap, which we loved. The road noise is slightly loud when the doors are open but totally fine when the doors are shut. The only issue I think other people would complain about is that the apartment is on the 4th floor and after a long day of walking the stairs tire you out. There is a lift that I used a couple of times but it’s not for people who feel claustrophobic as it is very small.

Great location but be vigilant!

This unit is located on the 4th floor with a lift and it is walking distance to everything. Thankful for the manager Efi for taking my phone call a little bit after 12 am because my hubby’s passport, laptop, cash etc. were stolen from the unit due to break-in. It is suspected that thieves made their way in from the patio by going through the roof and down to the unit. Unfortunately no cameras are installed in front of the patio nor the front door. Efi suggested that we go to the embassy to obtain a new passport and offered to call the taxi driver who checked us in the unit to give us a ride in the morning. As this was our first visit in Athens, it was great that Efi arranged our airport pick up through a cab driver for €50 who also checked us in the unit. The driver helped us with our luggage and gave us instructions how to turn on the hot water, open/lock the building entry door, front door of the unit as well as the patio door with a metal security/blinds from the outside that goes up and down if the patio door is to be opened/closed. The taxi driver also asked us what day we were leaving and offered to drop us to the cruise port for €25 which we agreed to do. Unfortunately, the taxi driver wasn’t available to take us to the cruise port so we didn’t get to see him and thank him in person. Overall, despite of our traumatic experience, just be vigilant. Athens is beautiful! This unit is close proximity to everything.

Great apartment! Great people!

This Athens apartment was lovely, cozy, and modern. It's within walking distance of the Akropolis and all of the tourist areas of central Athens. Everything was new and very clean. Our host sent a driver to pick us up from the airport- and then the same on to take us back to the airport at 4 am! Efi and her driver were easy, friendly, and fun, and gave us great tips for our stay. Whenw e return to Athens we will definitely stay in her place again.

Excellent spacious central apartment

We had a fabulous stay in this amazing apartment, Efi the owner met us upon arrival and was more than happy to tell us all the tourist attractions that ate literally on the door step. With the apartment being just around the corner from all the main tourist attractions cafe's and restaurants you are never stuck for anywhere to go. The apartment itself is beautiful and very modern and gives you the opertunity to stay in a bit of luxury whilst away from home. I can also highly recomend the family run SMILE restaurant on the bottom corner of the street where we ate every night we were in Athens, they offer excellent quality food and a welcome I have never experienced in my 50 years of life. Go on book this apartment, you won't be disappointed. Thank you Efi x

Lovely apartment in a great location

The apartment was beautiful and perfect for us as a couple exploring Athens, very well provided with all the facilities for a "home from home" stay where we could self-cater or go out to the many restaurants close by. Efi was very responsive and easy to deal with when we were arranging the rental, and met us on arrival to explain everything we needed to know. All of central Athens was within walking distance, we rarely used the metro (despite the very convenient Acropoli station less than 5 mins walk away). We would strongly recommend the apartment to friends.

Wonderful apartment - fantastic location!

We cannot rate this apartment highly enough. It is in a fantastic location only a couple of mins away from the new Acropolis Museum, with restaurants and cafes on the doorstep. Everything is within easy walking distance. The apartment itself is great - beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, comfortable and welcoming - far superior to any hotel room! Efi is wonderful. She spent loads of time with us explaining where everything was, how to get to places and her recommendations were spot on. Efi we cannot thank you enough for a wonderful stay in Athens!

Best holiday stay ever ...

Efi's background, description and photographs seemed too good to be true. The apartment, with its top of the line amenities, appliances, wifi, including location - proximity to the Plaka, Acropolis, cafes etc., was even better in person. Efi thoughtfully spent time with us going over the "how to's" of the place. She even pointed out her favorite cafes. The grocery store, metro/Akropolis stop and cafes are literally a 5-8 minute walk away. The design is truly an expression of Efi herself, full of light, charm and openness. This place is our first choice to stay when we come back (which is usually twice a year)!

Lovely apartment, perfect location!

Lovely apartment, fitted out in modern, contemporary style with all the mod-cons. We were met by Efi the owner. Lovely lady who explained everything in the flat and also kindly took time to talk us through the tourist sites (all within minutes walk), suggestions on restaurants, walks and island trips included! The location really is that good, the Acropolis is literally minutes away and the flat is closely situated to restaurants and the lovely district of Plaka. 100% recommended.....thanks Efi

Awesome

First trip to Greece and with the help of Efi and her showing us where we should go made it both a easy and exciting time. We knew exactly what to see and how to see it. We knew all the places that had great food to try and places to shop as well as party and drink. She was very helpful. But to the apartment, everything in the apartment was like expected nice and clean. It was well designed and prep for our arrival. Lucky there is a elevator in the building for those that are wondering about staying in the 4th floor. And place was good with air conditioning as well. Thank you Efi for allowing both my partner and myself stay in your home, and thank you for your hospitality.

Efi's Apartment in Athens

We had the most wonderful stay in Efi's apartment: the location is superb, and the apartment, which is Efi's own design, is beautiful. It is great for a couple and rather comfortable for a family of four, such as us. Efi is the most gracious host, and the price for such a nice apartment is so reasonable. I have no hesitation to recommend this apartment most highly.

Amazing apartment in the centre of Athens

We had a lovely stay in Athens in this wonderful apartment, located just a few minutes walk to Acropolis and other sights. The apartment is spacious and it was enough for 4 of us to stay comfortably. Everything you need and more, with a lovely owner Efi who recommended us places to visit on the map and nothing was too much of a trouble for her. Fantastic apartment at a fantastic location

Efi's apartment is modern, clean and bright. Its location is near the Acropolis Museum and there are plenty of restaurants close by to choose from. Efi is a wonderful host, helpful and friendly. Enjoyed our stay tremendously at Efi's apartment - a home away from home!

Thank you Efi I loved my stay!Stayed 4 a week until Dec 23rd & would stay again.Highly Recommend 5 Stars:1 person lift that is fast & works well. Many have none.The apartment is beautiful as described. Rooms were large, even bathroom & shower.Excellent location close to Parthenon & Uber to Plaka only 5 Euros if you don't want to walk.Nice safe neighborhood reasturants very close. Not over crowded.I will give less than 4.5 stars for ( I'm being picky)A wriitten sheet laminated with FAQ as not to repeat to each renter & ease stay. But owner very responsive. Also use Uber & Get Your Guide Apps for transport & tours.Heater/AC in living room only Broke. Due Christmas could not be repaired. Owner was quick to try & replace. A provided space heater worked fine . Cannot be helped but a small price reduction would have been nice.Freezer was over Frosted & not usable. Refrigerator fine.Lacked microwave, toaster & tea kettle leaked but was usable.Need more silverware & cups.Has nice washer but in Greek so use Google Translator & supplies under bathroom sink No dryer- didn't expect use dryer rack.No safe take passports & any valuables w/ you.Suggest Tough up paint, FAQ Sheet. Better sitting Area outside on Patio, a safe bolted to floor microwave, toaster, fix freezer, get microwave & toaster.Most 4.5 stars R to help others & owner.US renters U R are not in US stop acting petty in comments or stay at overpriced 1 room hotel. LOVED IT HERE

Excellent Location in Nice Property

Perfect location (right next to Acropolis Museum) from which to explore Athens. Lots of restaurants and attractions in walking distance. We never needed transportation. Property was great with two small balconies. Host arranged driver from airport which was great!

Awesome location.

Easy to walk to the sites, food, and the metro. If you are coming from the U.S., I highly recommend using the hosts driver, Spyros. He helped us with check in and gave great suggestions regarding day trips or using the ferry.

Perfect Location

This was the perfect location. There are great restaurants, grocery store and a liquor store right around the corner. Easy walk to the Metro Stations and the Acropolis. They arranged for a pickup at the airport for us and the driver took us up to the apartment which made check in very easy. We were happy to get a load of laundry done before we left for our cruise. The place is clean and the bed is comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Hello I'm Efi, I am an architect and a mum of three girls.
I invite you to stay in my apartment in a great location of Athens, the city I grew up in, that I designed and constructed myself using the best materials in the market and a lot of joy.

Why they chose this property

The apartment is located in one of the most important historical areas in the country, the Acropolis area, famous in the whole world as the symbol of ancient Greek civilization and I knew I was buying a piece of it when I chose it.
I've been visiting, admiring and having fun in this area since I was a child, that's why I designed and looked after my property with a lot of joy and love.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is new!
The renovation was completed in 2012.
I am an architect so when I bought it I knew I would demolish it and build my own design from the beginning. So not only the design is new but also the electrical, plumbing that all is hidden under what you see.
So what I have is a brand new beautiful apartment around the corner from the Acropolis.
