Great little place for a short break

The property was spotlessly clean, with some nice added touches such as prosecco, tea, coffee, handwash, soap, and other little extras. The area was great, and it was a short walk to the harbour, town, and train station. I would thoroughly recommend it!

Long weekend

Compact space with some storage and kitchenette and shower room. Ok perhaps for an overnight stay. But needed more room for longer stay.

Lovely little place to stay in Whitstable

Great place, very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend. Yea, coffee, milk provided and also Prosecco. Lovely pub 5 minutes walk away through church yard. Whitstable 15 min walk.

Lovely place for a short stay

We went for a wedding and this was perfect for the 2 nights. It’s only about 15 to 20 minutes to walk to the town front or harbour but it is a bit uphill and down dale but a taxi is only £5.50 if you don’t want to walk. Tea coffe milk etc left in property and the two bottles of Prosecco a really nice touch. Nice little garden with comfy deck chairs. Please note there is no lounge here but to in bedroom. Thank you Elise for a lovely stay.

Shapeless Lodge

Located a short distance from the railway station and Whitstable harbour, all well signposted. The accomodation located at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed. Great little kitchenette, coffee, tea, milk and biscuits supplied which was much appreciated on our arrival and the prosecco was a pleasant surprise too. Loved the bathroom and shower. Everything you might need for a short stay. I most definitely will be visiting Whitstable again (I have family here) and Shapeless will be my first choice for my next visit. Thankyou.

Not as described as to what is there.

Only 1 key left in the safe so if you lose it ?.tv in cupboard so cannot see screen from bed,no microwave did ask but not putting one in so cannot warm food up if bought in,no instructions left in case help how to operate shower, no fire extinguisher on site. Would not stay here again.

Short break

Listing is accurate, very welcoming host. Slept very well, quiet area. Great location to explore the local area and within walking distance centre of Whitsable. Use of front garden with table and chairs+ 2 deckchairs. Great to enjoy evening sunshine. Would return for a short break.

Fabulous

Fantastic location for Whitstable and Canterbury and a number of different beaches. The property was extremely clean with some nice touches i.e. coffee, tea, milk, sugar etc and Prosecco and chocolates. The garden was an absolute delight and we spent time there every day. Great communication from the host. Excellent short stay.

Very clean and well located

The property has everything you need for a short stay. Beach is like a mile away and neighbourhood very calm and quiet. Elise was very nice and the breakfast she offered is absolutely amazing.

Comfirtable room, amazing breakfast

A really enjoyable two nights, the bedroom, bathroom pand kitchen are small but really well planned so everything that you could need is provided. Great power shower. Everything was squeaky clean and the area is very quiet. The biggest treat was the optional breakfast served in the beautiful garden ( we were lucky that both days were warm and sunny) so don't miss the opportunity. Elise and Nigel are the perfect hosts so we would recommend Shapeless Lodge to anyone

Elise made us very welcome. The accomodation was lovely. It had everything we needed. To top it all was having the delicious breakfast in Elise's beautiful back garden.

Quiet location. Lovely bright, comfortable and warm space with nice extras like milk, a little bottle of Prosecco, a phone charger. Host was friendly and welcoming and brought a little hamper of breakfast goodies for the next day. Would definitely recommend
