Amazing views and everything on hand

We have just got back from a fantastic 12 nights in Dubai. Apartment was in a great position for all the amenities and Alex and Ali could not have been more helpful. We would thoroughly recommend the beach club at Le Meridien.

Wonderful

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Everything was as described and then some. We were met by one of Alex's staff for a meet & greet introduction and a thorough explanation of the workings of the apartment. The unit was immaculate with plenty of towels, toiletries and even laundry soap. The service was excellent and Alex was attentive and very responsive to any of our needs and questions. It was a wonderful home-away-from home for our stay in Dubai and we highly recommend it.

Very different from description, tiny, a lot of things broken, cheap furniture, dark...

Family travelling around the world taht has seen a lot of wonderful places to stay in so many countries. Pretty sure the landlord will just complain, despite the fact we stayed one night and left the place without using it - we did not even demand our money back since one of us fell terribly ill, just wanted to find a cosy and clean place for the family and not discuss with a disappointed and angry landlord. Check in was difficult since the landlord sent us to another apartment than what we originally booked. And no, we did not ask for it - as I have read in another comment on this property. And no, we did not leave the fridge open (did not even use it for one night) or lights on, and yes, we used the beds for one night (landlord also complaining about this and calling our family "weird", this is really surprisingly strange.). Wlan was not working (we were supposed to do updates) and a lot of things are broken there, the furniture is cheap and strongly used, the kitchen is missing equipment and plates and glasses are puzzled together. Might have been much cleaner, but the main reason for not staying is the strange atmosphere there, no daylight when the curtain for the two sleeps is closed, very noisy then, and almost no living room or seats to spend time there. When entering the apartment, all of the family just gasped and the kids whispered "Oh no". So wait and see what the landlord will let you know about the awkward people we are for him not appreciating this sad place.

Will be back!!!

It was nice staying at this property especially having my host Alex answer to all of our needs promptly by handing us over to Fedele, one of the kindest human beings I’ve ever met! He treated us like we were his family. The apartment was clean and well equipped. It has a beautiful view ~ the beach, street lights, lights from nearby skyscrapers, billboards etc. I love watching all these from my bedroom balcony at night!!! Ocean Heights’ location is awesome. It’s a couple of minutes away from public transportation, restaurants, supermarkets, the beach and not too far away from the malls and all other places of attraction in Dubai. Lobby staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. I’m back home in the United States and already checking my diary for another getaway in Dubai. Thank you Alex, Fedele and Mla. You’re the best!

Great property .. Great location !

Stayed here for 7 nights .. 2 adults and 2 kids, a very nice apartment in a great location close to all the fun , attractions & restaurants & a very pleasant helpful owner .. I would recommend all friends and family to stay here .. a home away from home!

Gehobenes, sauberes apartment mit zentraler

Optimal zentral in einer guten Gegend nähe Einkaufsladen und Strand gelegen. Sehr netten Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer gehabt. Apartment ist im 33. Stock und mit gehobenen Standard ausgestattet. Schöner Blick vom Balkon. Der lediglich über die Straße gelegene Barasti Beach ist zwar klein, dafür sehr gepflegt mit einer kostenlos nutzbaren Poolanlage und vor allen kostenlos nutzbare Liegen am Strand oder Pool. Dazu sehr gepflegt mit weißem Sandstrand und viel Security. Hoffen wir kommen bald mal wieder.

Bel appartement

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique dans cet appartement bien situé avec une vue splendide.Celui-ci est proche de toutes les commodités,le supermarché situé en bas de l'immeuble est bien pratique. La piscine et le fitness sont très bien. Nous espérons revenir une autre fois car nous avons bien apprécié ce séjour.

Only one word: FABULOUS

Stay in Dubai for my birthday with friends and my husband, what an Amazing esperience. Dubai is fantastic and the apartment too. It's near beach, near restaurants, shops and all you really need. So clean and well furnished. it's definitely the best solution we could found. The apt. has an excellent price/quality ratio.

Appartement fantastique!!

Je suis retournèe a la maison en France, et je voudrais bien étre encore a Dubai! L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce, lumineux et bien équipé. Mobilier luxueusement aménagées et avec les dernières technologies. Il est bien placé, proche de la marina et il est facile de trouver un taxi pour aller visiter la ville ou facile de trouver les restaurants. Le propriétaire est disponible et discret. Je le suggést

Fantastic!!!!!!!!!!

Ocean Heigts tower is really fantastic. Sauna, pool, beach, gym... all you need to spend an unforgettable holyday you can find here. The apartment is superb, a lot of amenities and just in front of the sea. We love cooking in the kitchen, very big for us and well furnished. Now the aprt. has more furniture compared to what you see in photo, and it is so nice. Thanks a lot Alex for give us your aprt and for your precious suggestions.

Lovely apartment

Very nice apartment just in front of the sea. Fantastic the position, near the beach and near many restaurants and shops. All the furnitures are modern and perfect, apt very clean and confortable. Service maid is a plus, but I think is cheap. In the apt you have all is necessary for a perfect stay, also the kitchen is modern and very useful if you don't want to go to the restaurant, in fact closer to the apt the is a market. We reserve in advance and I think this solution is better and surely cheaper than hotels. The owner was very kind and give us a lot of suggestions to live dubai at the top! Una vacanza irripetibile

Una bellissima esperienza questa vacanza a Dubai con i miei amici, eravamo in 5 e siamo stati benissimo in questo appartamento. Appena arrivati abbiamo usufruito del transfer, servizio a pagamento ma che secondo me è necessario visto che quando siamo arrivati eravamo stanchi e non avevamo voglia di cercare un taxi. Il driver era lì che ci aspettava e quindi senza fare fatica ci ha portati direttamente al grattacielo ed accompagnati fin su casa. L'appartamento ci ha colpito subito per la pulizia e per l'arredo moderno e nuovo, forse un po' minimal ma comunque accogliente. Ci siamo sistemati e siccome eravamo stanchi siamo andati a farci subito un bagno nella piscina del grattacielo. Tutte le foto inserite sono reali e veritiere. Di fronte all'ingresso c'è un supermercato aperto 24 ore su 24 così abbiamo potuto subito comprare i beni di prima necessità, anche se ad essere sinceri il proprietario ci ha consigliato dei posti dove mangiare ad un prezzo molto conveniente. Nel complesso siamo stati molto bene sia a Dubai che in questa casa che trovo essere perfetta per 5 persone e in una posizione invidiabile: vicina a tutto praticamente soprattutto alla passeggiata dove la sera si respira un'atmosfera magnifica. Se dovessi tornare, sicuramente sceglierei ancora questo appartamento.

Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis

Ich war mit meiner Frau und noch ein paar Freunde, die wir hatten zwei Einheiten, weil wir unsere Unabhängigkeit wollten, obwohl jeder Wohnung leicht enthalten, können mehr Menschen. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt. Die beiden Häuser sind mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet und sehr sauber, das Super-Luxus-Hochhaus. Es ist ein herrlicher Pool und Spa zum Entspannen für Sie völlig kostenlos. Der Besitzer ist sehr hilfsbereit, gaben uns Gutscheine für Essen in Restaurants schönsten und gab uns ein paar Tipps für ein besseres Leben in der Stadt. Wir treffen eine Menge von den Goldmarkt, wir empfehlen es auch für jeden, der nicht in Kauf interessiert ist, wirklich beeindruckend. Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis.

BEST SOLUTION FOR ONE 2 WEEK

This was the best solution for cheap price but with 5 stars residence was just in front the beach and in the best area of Dubai Marina at 2 minutes from marina Walk and 5 minutes from beach walk. You can stay on the free beach - Barasti beach, at 150 m. free sun chear and free umbrelllas.
