Villa Nerea, a brand new villa of 110 sqm, is the ultimate retreat where guests can enjoy relaxation and luxury and is ideal for groups and families, as it can host up to 7 guests. The perfect destination for your vacation in Crete and the perfect combination of contemporary architecture and gorgeous views. It is located a few km from the famous sandy beach of Falassarna with turquoise waters.

Indoor facilities
The villa is set all on one floor with three airy bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and is furnished and features a spacious lounge with a large dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. On the same level, there is also a living room with a smart TV with satellite channels. The kitchen is well-organized with all the electrical appliances. The wonderful sense of transparency is provided by the extensive use of glass with large windows, which creates the illusion of an open-air residence. The modern design in combination with the elements of minimalism creates the perfect home for you to relax and enjoy your stay!

Outdoor facilities
There is nothing better than coming back to swim in the private pool or drinking a glass of wine and gazing at the amazing view of the Cretan Sea. The outdoor area is spacious and comfortable. Villa Nerea is part of a complex of four private luxury villas set on a hill with gorgeous Sea views.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
