Great stay!

Wonderful location with great sunset views. Our grandkids visited and loved the pool. Some minor maintenance issues (light bulbs out, etc.) but we'll be back again!

Cape Coral rental

I was disappointed when we arrived and realized there was no hot tub as advertised. The finer said it was a mistake on the website. The pool was heated for first night and then became colder as the days went by . Communication stopped after i questioned about the pool being too low . The neighborhood is fine . Quite. Not near beaches . All in all I would not rent again .

A Great Space to Stay

We loved visiting the dock at the end of the canal in the morning and the evening. In the morning there was the peace and quiet and the variety of exotic birds that visited the water. In the evening there was no need to drive to see a spectacular sun set, it was right at your back door. The house was spacious and it was filled with light. A great value for the money with a wonderful pool and outdoor area. Restaurants and anything you could possibly need are nearby. If we come back to the same area, I would love to stay here again. The only thing I had a problem with was the TV. I don't get ROKU. But my need to watch a little TV when I go to bed was overruled by the house itself. We had a great stay and I am sure you would as well.

We enjoyed our stay

Management was very quick to get in touch with us when we had a problem with garbage disposal and dishwasher. They sent prompt attention to it. Loved the location, beautiful view. It was close to many different areas, stores, beaches. Worked out very well.

Hurricane Milton Evacuation

We were evacuated from zone A so decided to stay here. The place was filthy when we arrived but we didn’t really care cuz we were just staying due to possibility that our house could flood. The patio has lots of mold and mildew so glad we didn’t go for vacation. Neighbors were very friendly. Point of contact was great and very responsive and agreed to refund cleaning fee but we have not seen that yet.

True hidden gem!!💎

Loved everything about our stay! This home Is a must stay with a family or group of people. Everything was exactly as the photos and descriptions showed online. Pool was VERY clean and well maintained and the views from the canal at sunset are breathtaking. The home owner, Greg, was very fast and friendly getting back to us when we were communicating. It truly has everything you need for a wonderful Florida vacation. We will definitely try to book again in the future.

Perfect Set Up

This was the perfect choice for our family vacation. The house was very nice and beautifully located on the end of a canal, which made for gorgeous sunsets. The kids spent every hour at the house in the pool. I would definitely book again.

Property was clean, great neighborhood, beautiful view. No hot tub as listed, but minor oversight, looks like there used to be one. Loved that there was a pile of towels to use!

Responsive retreat

My sister and I needed a property same day for another location that did not work out. Not only did the property manager Greg, respond immediately, but he stayed in contact to try and help us right away. We checked in a day later once vacated. The house is nice with a private pool! The furniture in the main sitting area definitely needs to be updated, as well as bath and pool towels replaced. General updates all around would make this an exceptional location. Pool temperature was pretty cool since the thermostat was set lower than expected. Again the property manager responded quickly and sent the pool maintenance person. We were able to enjoy a couple days at the pool with warmer setting. All and all, we were happy with the response before, during, and even after our stay! Thanks to Greg! Laurie L

Great place

Nicely located at the end of the canal offering privacy and a tranquil view. The house has a great layout, very spacious. Plenty of extra blankets, sheets and towels.

Family Trip

Family of four. House was perfect for us. We wish we could live there. Loved sitting by the pool although it was a bit chilly. We were a little farther away from the things we wanted to do than we would have liked because of traffic and stop lights though. Master bedroom bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was so big and nice!

Amazing Time

We loved everything about the house, it was decorated so beautifully. Spent all our extra time at the pool which was very clean. Location was great right at the end of the canal. We were very pleased with the house, will definitely do this again.

Bring toilet paper and toiletries. Property manager was apologetic about the offensive smell in the refrigerator/freezer. Our food picked up the smell. Pool had debris but I skimmed. Home was clean and nicely decorated.

Hurricane

Lexi was great help when we arrived. House was not cleaned from owner use. Air conditioner went out and was fixed the same day as Lexi was to get someone out to look at it. Hurricane Ian hit and house had no water or electricity which meant no AC. Roof was leaking shingles off down to tar paper. Kitchen ceiling was coming off. We had to get out of house early to be safe. Haven’t heard from Lexi since we texted to tell her what was happening.

Nice house, beautiful views

I’ll start off with saying that the house is beautiful and Has a nice view. But I do just have a couple things that The cleaners do better and something that the owners should look into . First off the bed or mattress in the master bedroom should be changed out or the bed frame should be fixed but the bed has like a dip on the left side. Also the cover on the bed in master bedroom had either chocolate or had something gross on it. I didn’t feel the need to let the owners know due to the fact that the house has to stay between 74 and 77 degrees so I just used the sheet to cover up with. The second thing is that the pool was full of bugs and debris so I had to clean it my self but again I didn’t feel the need to contact owners because in the welcome book it said that the pool would be cleaned on Wednesday but come to find out they didn’t come to clean it till our last day (no figure). But other than those things it was a nice place with beautiful views but hopefully the cleaning people and the pool people get a talking to. Over all I give the place a 4 out of 5 and communication with owners was quick and easy. Thank you for the great vacation. We would stay again if those couple things were fixed!
