Hosting four bedrooms, including a king-size with en-suite shower room, a double, a twin and a ground-floor bunk, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom, this property can sleep up to eight guests. There is also a kitchen/diner, a utility and a sitting room. Outside there is off-road parking for three cars and a courtyard with furniture. 1 Castle Cottages is a dog-friendly setting whilst you explore both countryside and coast. Sorry, this property cannot accommodate a Saturday arrival. No Stag/Hen/Party Bookings permitted. PLEASE NOTE: This property is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults.

Town: Woodbury is a picturesque Devon village dominated by the wonderful 13th century church together with the village green, village shops and two friendly local pubs, both offering food and local beers. Nearby, is the East Devon AONB which offers many trails for walkers and cyclists, and a gorgeous stretch of beaches known as the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site. The Exe Estuary is a popular spot for bird watching.

Excellent property, has everything you need. Location good to commute to Exmouth and Exeter Centre

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. What's not to like. Great location, easy to get to Exmouth and Exeter City Centre. Will definitely stay again.
