Beau Soleil at Estancia Resort - Sleeps 15

Welcome to one of the newest and premier properties in St. George, Utah. Beau Soleil, or Beautiful Sun features 4 spacious bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Three of the bedrooms are beautifully furnished with King beds while the fourth accommodates seven in bunk and trundle combinations. The oversize living, kitchen and dining area includes two large, leather couches that make into two full size beds. At 2600 square feet, the overall size of the condo, even when fully occupied still provides a feeling of openness.







The aesthetically appealing décor is subtle but not overwhelming. Natural colors inside that complement the landscape outside instills the warmth of the St. George area. Beau Soleil makes you feel like your home away from home instead of a vacation rental.



Each bedroom is equipped with a 40” flat screen, high definition television for private time, while the great room serves as a gathering place with a 65” curved screen for the viewing pleasure of everyone in the living and dining area. Cable TV and DVD player are provided.



While the ample deck area serves as additional dining and lounging, the view of the Estancia resort and pool makes this condo worth the trip. Keeping an eye on the youngsters is easy from this second level vantage point. The raised pool, hot tub, pickle ball and basketball courts are all visible directly at eye level from the condo. When not watching the kids, the oversize windows provide a picture perfect, natural portrait that brings the warmth of the resort into the condo. The evening view of the soft accent lighted pool creates a calming ambiance that will keep you from closing the blinds.



While you’ll find it hard to leave the comfort of the condo there is plenty to do in St. George and surrounding area. Breath taking Zion’s National Park is 45 minutes away. For a longer excursion, the north rim of the Grand Canyon can easily be done in a day.



For something closer to home there are several golf courses in the immediate area. The Green Valley Spa and tennis club is adjacent to Estancia. More of a naturalist? There are hiking, biking and ATV trails right outside your door. Or if you just want to take in a movie there are several movie theaters within a 10-minute drive. And the world renowned Tuacahn Amphitheater for summer plays will keep you coming back. As for eating establishments, the choice is unlimited.



Whatever you look for in entertainment, you will find in the St. George area. During the winter, a day trip to Brian Head Ski Resort can get you back at the condo in time for an evening dip in the year-round heated pool or relaxing hot tub. During the summer Sand Hollow and Quail Creek reservoirs are a short 20-minute drive.
