Beautiful apartment in the middle of Tuscany hills, far away few kms from Pisa,Firenze,Lucca,Siena,Livorno.
The apartment has 6 bedtime spot: living room with kitchen (dishing washing+oven) two bedroom and two bathroom.
It have air conditioner machine, a parking spot, and a little garden in front of.
Unfortunately the pool this year is not available cause is under construction.

Fantastic holiday property

This is possibly the loveliest place we have ever stayed as a family and none of us wanted to leave. There was nothing missing that we could have possibly needed.

Excellent service on arrival and throughout our stay

Julia was a fantastic host very helpful but left us throughout our stay in the villa. Always there if we needed her. A wonderful holiday in a beautiful villa. Pool was spotless and very inviting.

Abgelegen, ruhig, tolle Aussicht und eigener Pool - ideal mit 4 Personen

... was will man mehr, wenn man Ruhe möchte. Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern 11+15) waren im Juli 2018 in dem Appartement. Es ist eine eigenständige Wohnung, komplett isoliert vom Haupthaus (Zugang über die Treppe rechts vom Eingang). Es gibt auch eine Rampe (sehr steil), die wir aber nie benutzt haben. Zu dem Außenbereich gehört ein Garten und ein terrassenförmig angelegter Außenbereich, über den man zu dem sensationell gelegenen Pool gelangt. Die Aussicht ist überwältigend! Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und relativ flach (max. 1,20 m geschätzt). Die Wohnung hat eine große Essküche mit 5-Platten-Gasherd einschl. Spülmaschine, ein sep. WC (mit Waschmaschine), ein Bad mit Dusche, ein Zimmer ohne Fenster (größtes Manko) und ein Zimmer mit Fenster. Tolle Wohnung (bis auf die fehlenden Fenster im Zimmer). Die Personen 5+6 müssten auf einem Sofa in der Essküche schlafen. Meins wäre das nicht. Es gibt Stechviecher - also Antibrumm mitnehmen! Der Ort ist beschaulich klein. In der Mitte gibt es ein Casa die Popolo. Da trifft sich wirklich alles. Sehr ulkig mit kartenspielenden Opis und Rentern, die auf der Straße sitzen (wie bei Asterix auf Korsika), aber auch allen anderen Altersklassen. 1 Weißwein + 1 Aperol Sprizz = 5 €. Das fußläufig erreichbare Restaurant/Pizzeria hat unseren Ansprüchen voll genügt. Es gibt gute AntiPasti/Primi/Sekondi aber auch Pizzen (die von den Einheimischen oft abgeholt wird). Die Vermieterin spricht englisch und ist, wie ihre dort lebende Mutter, sehr nett. Den Vater haben wir nicht gesehen, dafür aber sein tolles Gemüse morgens auf dem Tisch gehabt. Fazit: wir kommen wieder.

Super Feriennwohnung in idyllischer Lage.

Wir haben hier mit unseren 3 Kinder einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. 5 Sterne +++ Sehr schön eingerichtete saubere Wohnung. Einfach ankommen und wohlfühlen. Das beste ist natürlich der schöne private Pool und das herrliche „Toskana-Panorama „. Man kann in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto bis zum Bahnhof fahren und entspannt nach Pisa oder Florenz reisen. Wir möchten uns noch einmal herzlich bei unseren Vermietern bedanken. Wir werden Euch auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Beautiful location in Tuscany!

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful hilltop location. It is completely private even though the owners live within the grounds of the property. The house is down a few steps and totally independent. Lovely spacious kitchen/dining/living area, nice size full bathroom (shower only) and second toilet/laundry room. There were 6 of us staying. The house has a large master bedroom, a room with 2 single beds and a sleeper couch in the living area. As the kids are still young it was fine to use the sleeper couch for two of them. Each of the rooms have air conditioning which we appreciated when the days got a bit warmer. The best part of the house is the outside area with it's magnificently cared for garden with Rose bushes, Lavender, Rosemary and more. Having a private swimming pool was a privilege. We loved walking down the lavender lined steps to the pool and taking in the wonderful Tuscan view. Giulia and her mom are very kind and after showing us the house they graciously disappeared but were available anytime for any questions we had. Grazie Mille! Veramente un ottimo soggiorno!
