Luxe design moderne westerse / missie stijl drie slaapkamer huis met een panoramisch uitzicht op de rode kliffen van de rivier de Colorado, Arches National Park, en de La Sal Peaks. Geweldig uitzicht vanuit elk raam! Kijken naar de steeds veranderende palet van levendige kleuren van zonsopgang tot zonsondergang.
Dit huis ligt op een 1 1/2 hectare veel te veel van de privacy. Dicht bij alles wat Moab te bieden heeft,

Beautiful house with great views

The house was just perfect for our trip to Moab. It was right on the edge of town with stunning views of the mountain terrain common in the area. The attention to detail in this house was superb with the decor portraying a very southwestern style. I would highly recommend this property!

Great MTN Bike Getaway!

We had a great stay here! The house has a great SW vibe with awesome views!! The beds are comfy, showers have great water pressure, lots of towels, the kitchen has all of the necessities. What we loved most about this house is the access to the MTB trails! Located at the terminus of the Pipeline/pipe dream trail and a few miles down the road from the Amasa Back system. Only a few blocks from the central business district, yet quiet and private make this a perfect location.

Wonderful location and view

Five adults stayed very comfortably in this house. We loved to sit outside to watch the sunrise and set. The beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfect!

Incredible View!

This house was everything we wanted! Perfect location just outside of town but close enough to everything. The view was unmatched! Just incredible, morning, noon, and night!! House was clean and the beds were so comfortable! We had a wonderful trip and can't wait to visit again!

Across road from Mild to Wild. Looks over a bird sanctuary. Air conditioner keeps things cool. Cozy sitting area. No chores on checkout!! Would stay here again.

National Park exploratiion

We spent three days at the Moab Panoramic oasis and explored Arches NP, Canyonlands NP, and Dead Horse State Park. The house was in a great location for the parks, and downtown eating venues.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. Views were beautiful and beds were very comfortable. It was the perfect location for visiting both Canyonlands NP and Arches NP. Very short drive to get to restaurants in Moab. Great place to stay-highly recommend!

Moab Wedding Trip

We had a wonderful week long stay in the lead-up to our son's wedding. The view was fantastic and the location was very convenient to everything. It was very comfortable in all respects, even on the few days that the temps reached triple digits. Our sincere thanks go out to Karen and Steve for providing such a private and comfortable place for us to stay.

Great place to stay in Moab

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It’s quiet with a nice view, great indoor and outdoor spaces. A short drive to downtown Moab, and not far from Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. The only thing that I felt it lacked was cable or dish tv, we missed out on a couple of sporting events we were hoping to see.
