Minutes from the A2 roundabout with a fast road straight into London, the ground floor apartment is bright and spacious with floor to ceiling windows all around and double doors opening onto a balcony.
This brand new home consists of a large open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with Netflix and a smart TV. Both of the two bedrooms are well sized and the master bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom. Finally, there is a bathroom adjacent to the hallway as well as two laundry closets with storage space and a washing machine.
Mortimer square is a brand new residential development containing similar luxury flats and houses, there is a private parking space allocated for the flat and a co-op shop just around the corner as well as a pub/restaurant and hotel.

Swanscombe is a small village located 15 miles south east of London. Just 3 minutes by car from the A2, the apartment is very well connected with major motorways linking it to London and beyond.
Bluewater shopping centre is less than 10 minutes away by car (3.5 miles). The village is just a mile away with two supermarkets, a local pub and a range of different restaurants.

This property has been carefully selected because of its fantastic location and peaceful neighbourhood. This brand new 2-bedroom apartment is just 18 minutes away from all the attractions and amenities of Central London by train, where Ebbsfleet International station is less than a mile away. Bluewater can be reached in under 10 minutes by car, a shopping centre with over 300 shops and more than 50 bars and restaurants. We found that it was a perfect balance of Kent's tranquility with London on the doorstep.
