THE HOUSE

OPEN PLAN LOUNGE / DINING AREA / KITCHEN

Here's a great place for everyone to be together. Relax in here on the two sofas and maybe watch the wall-mounted flat screen TV with surround sound. Prepare food in here in the modern kitchen using the high specification appliances. And enjoy that food in here, sitting at the breakfast bar or at the dining table, which is ideal for special occasion meals. The whole space is bathed in natural light, thanks to the skylights above the kitchen and the floor to ceiling bi-fold doors that open out onto your private garden.



PRIVATE GARDEN

It's a real treat to get private outside space anywhere in London. Here you get an enclosed, garden all to yourselves with olive trees. There's seating and plenty of room for children to play, plus a playhouse at the end of the garden that's sure to be popular with younger guests.



SEPARATE SITTING ROOM

Back inside, and walking through the kitchen takes you into another area for everyone to gather - perhaps to plan the next day's adventures, sit and read a book or watch TV. However you enjoy this space, it offers plenty of different places to sit around thefireplace at the front of the house. There's also a library area with a vast selection of books to choose from, as well as an armchair and another sofa. 5 BEDROOMS

Two more of the bedrooms have a double bed in each, while the remaining two bedrooms each has a single bed. 3 BATHROOMS
The trio of bathrooms all feature bath tubs and showers, so you can choose how you freshen up. Maybe lay back and relax in the tub if there's time, or enjoy an invigorating shower to get you in the mood for another great day in London. One of the bathrooms is an ensuite to the master bedroom and features a TV to watch whilst in the bath, complete with surround sound, surely the ultimate in luxury!

THE BASEMENT SNUG

Yet another room you can escape to is The Snug. It features a corner sofa, with yet more interesting vintage prints on the walls and unusual model aircraft suspended from the ceiling, giving this room a unique and very homely feel.

2 CLOAKROOMS

There's an extra WC on the ground floor and another in the basement.

BIKES PROVIDED

There's no need to bring your own bikes to get around London. 2 folding Brompton bikes and 2 children's bikes are provided and you're welcome to use them.

UTILITY ROOM
Whether someone in your group gets their top dirty on the first day and wants to wear it again, or if you're staying long term and want to keep your clothes clean, the utility room in the basement has two washing machines and a tumble dryer for your convenience. It is also very warm in the utility room where clothes can dry naturally and very quickly.



THE LOCAL AREA

This majestic 6 bedroom house is located very close to the banks of the River Thames where you can walk on the Thames path and walk on the river's edge when the tide is out. You can also grab an Uber Boat from Putney Pier into central London. You'll get views of London landmarks such as the London Eye and the Houses of Parliament that few Londoners ever see themselves. The Wetland Centre for children is brilliant as is Richmond Park and Barnes village. As owners we can help suggest things for visitors so you can have an unforgettable experience.



Bishops Park is nearby and so are other large, green and open spaces at Parson's Green and Eel Brook Common.



Both Parson's Green and Putney High Street - have an eclectic mix of boutiques, coffee shops, bars and eateries that's just a short walk from the house.



Fulham Broadway is also just a short distance away. There'll you'll find a variety of quality shops, bars and restaurants, as well as a cinema and gym.



Hammersmith is within walking distance too, and it's there that you'll find more shops, and the Hammersmith Apollo, one of London's major entertainment venues.



Sports fans may like to know that Craven Cottage, the home of Fulham FC, (tickets can potentially be arranged on request if required) is just around the corner. It's also easy to reach Stamford Bridge, the home of Chelsea FC from here.



GETTING AROUND

Being situated in the heart of west London means you have plenty of transport options. Putney Bridge underground station is nearby, as is Putney railway station. There are also bus services that can whisk you around the capital. You can always hail black cabs or arrange an Uber, and of course those 4-bikes at the house are ready for you to enjoy.
