Ottima posizione e un meraviglioso posto spiaggia per una piccola famiglia! Due camere da letto, un bagno, cucina completa, patio con griglia a gas e ponte che si affaccia sul canale. Guarda il tramonto quando le navi navigano. Cinque minuti a piedi dalla bella, libera spiaggia di Lewes. Due minuti a piedi dal Fisherman's Wharf e dal centro storico di Lewes. Il lancio di barche pubbliche è dietro l'angolo e c'è un sacco di parcheggio per l'auto e la barca! Un letto matrimoniale, un letto doppio, due letti singoli e un letto estraibile. Great location! Everything you need.

This is the second time that we stayed at this property. It is perfect for our family. You can walk to the beach and the kitchen has everything you need. There is even a gas grill and an outdoor eating area. We enjoyed our stay!

We love staying at Suzanne's place! It's very neat, clean, beautifully furnished, and is convenient to everything in Lewes, with downtown a short walk away. This is our 3rd time staying there this year, and we've already booked for next year.

Cozy, comfy, cute, convenient condo within walking distance to beach, shopping and historic district of Lewes. Difficult to pack up and leave--a very enjoyable stay!

Perfect location

We had a wonderful fall midweek stay in Lewes. The property exceeded expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and located close enough to walk or ride to everything we wanted; beaches, bike trails, restaurants, and shopping.

Cosy, comfy, everything you could need

This is a wonderful property to stay in. The host is responsive and helpful. The location is brilliant for nature AND for enjoying Lewes town. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you can want. We were really comfortable and hope to return again soon.

Clean and close!

This was the perfect place for my small family of 3. My 2 year old son loved it and we were able to easily walk and drive to the beach and downtown Lewes. Definitely would come back for another stay!

Our September 2024 visit

Suzanne's property is beautiful! We love the proximity to downtown Lewes and Cape Henlopen State Park. It's very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoy sitting out on the outdoor patio. My husband loves that it's close to the trails where he rides his bike. It was, and is, always a pleasure to stay there!

Cozy apartment in great location

We love staying at this apartment in Lewes! The location can't be beat... walking distance to town/restaurants and a short drive or bike ride to Cape Henlopen State Park. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and Suzanne is a delight! We will definitely be back.

Lewes is our happy place

The condo was walking distance to town and the beach. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to get away. You won’t be disappointed.

September 2023 visit

My husband and I stayed here for the third time recently. Suzanne is a wonderful hostess. Her place is beautiful and it felt like our home away from home. We love the convenience of walking to downtown Lewes, and my husband loves the proximity to the local bike trails. We've already booked four stays for next year and can't wait to return!

Great time

Exactly as described. Suzanne was a pleasure to book with. Amenities all in working condition. Perfect location to all the beaches (and, helped I lived in the area for 13 yrs and knew backroads to miss some traffic). I would stay again amd highly recommend.

This was our second time here. We love the location and that it's a quick walk to Lewes. It's beautifully decorated, neat, and very clean. Being able to watch the active osprey nest from the patio was wonderful! We look forward to returning again in the fall!

Perfect location

Cute little condo in the perfect location to walk to all things Lewes!! Very clean and perfect amount of space for a family of 4. Be prepared to have your own linens and towels! This was the only Vrbo we have had to do that for so it threw me off a bit. Thankfully the owner messaged me the night before so I could throw some together. Over all a wonderful place!

Convenient, clean & cozy well-kept condo

We had a great time at this condo. It is a great size for a small family or group of 3-4 friends. It is clear the owner takes great pride in her property. The beach in Lewes and the town were walkable. The condo is in the middle of both. It is also across the street from a couple of great restaurants and the pier. We drove to Rehoboth most days which was also very easy to do.

Family Beach Vacation Paradise!

We had a wonderful time at this rental. The location is ideal! Walk everywhere including the beach. The property was exactly as described and very well-appointed. Gas grill and outside eating area. Plenty of plates and utensils and cooking equipment. Thoughtful supplies. Just bring your own sheets and towels. We had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Our October 2022 Stay

It was our first time staying at Suzanne's cute place. It was beautifully furnished and had everything we could possibly need. We absolutely loved it and the location. Walking to downtown Lewes was such a treat. We'll be back again next year!

Cosy and convenient

Nice little ground floor apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay at the beach. It's small and fine for 3 good friends who don't need a lot of space. Great to be able to walk into town and to the beach which are very close by. The outside space is enjoyable too.
