Villa Son Pons is a stately home with more than 400 years of history that formerly belonged to one of the most important families of Mallorca. The house is located 500 meters high above the sea and is surrounded by virgin nature and enjoys stunning views over the mountains and the sea, The villa is located in a secluded place, far from hustle and bustle of the city, on the extended plot of land of 50.000 m², with a beautiful garden with lawn, various plants and bushes, olive trees and other evergreen and broad-leaved trees so offer the perfect space for one to fully relax.

Let us introduce you to this charming property and make a virtual excursion: you get to the private territory of the villa through an iron gate and after a 1-minute drive, you reach the house. Opening the big wooden door, you enter the inviting entrance hall which from the first sight makes you “traveling back in time”: natural stone walls, old wooden bench, wooden ceiling beams, and other details which you will find all over this holiday home.

Once you are in the house, you have a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a TV. From the living room, you have access to a modern kitchen with high-quality appliances and a rustic-style semi-separate dining room with a table for 8 persons and a lounge area with a fireplace and a TV. From the dining room, you have an access to the covered arch-form gallery with another big rustic dining table, a sitting area, and a good-sized BBQ.

On the same ground floor, you also have a bedroom with 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom, and one more fully equipped bathroom.
A staircase from the living room leads you to the first floor that offers a spacious lounge-game room, three bedrooms (two with a double bed (1.50m and 1,35m) and the third one with two single beds), and two bathrooms with showers. From every room, you may enjoy spectacular views over the mountains, valley, and greenery.

Villa Son Pons was totally refurbished and equipped with new high-quality materials and furniture, offers air conditioning in the dining room, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and pedestal fans in the living room, WiFi connection, SAT-TV (350 channels), a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary for comfortable cooking, a dishwasher, bed linens and towels, lots of parking space on the territory, etc.

The outdoor areas also offer an above-ground pool (3×5×1'50) with sunbeds, various dining and rest areas, and also billiard and ping-pong tables. From each corner, you will enjoy spectacular panoramic views.

The nearest town, Llucmayor is located about 15 minutes by car. It has many buildings of historical interest which is a testament to its rich and varied heritage. Here you will find typical Mallorcan restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops where you may try authentical local food or just have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while taking a rest and enjoying the calmness of the town. Hiking and biking are very easy in this area with its quiet streets and gentle hills.

There is also a major golf resort, Son Antem Golf Club within 5 kilometers.
