There’s something very special about holidays in Brixham. A South Devon town in Torbay made famous by its fish quay and working harbour, modern Brixham is awash with pretty cottages and ice cream shops, its vibrant atmosphere made even more enticing now that its foodie scene is flourishing. This is a lovely slice of the coastline and one that is particularly popular with families, owing to its proximity to some of Torbay’s best beaches and attractions, so if you’re looking for a fabulous getaway for both adults and children, it doesn’t get better!
The property’s two bedrooms (one a super king and one a twin) offer plenty of room for four guests, while the open plan living room and decked terrace sport wonderful views over the town and out towards the sea.
Inside there’s a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of worktop space, so if you fancy rustling up a home cooked creation or two, you’ll have everything you need to do so. When the weather’s bright you’ll be able to sit outside and enjoy afternoon drinks or fresh air dining while watching the sun set, and the apartment’s private garden gives children lots of space to play games or laze in the sunshine.
We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
This property accepts a maximum of 3 adults and 1 child. Children only over the age of 10 accepted.
*Please note that a lot of the town of Brixham is built on the hills surrounding the harbour below. This property is a short yet steep walk up a hill from the town centre.
