Bright and welcoming Villa in a strategic area of the city, well connected to the main tourist attractions. The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: gas stove, oven and refrigerator. The sleeping area consists of 5 bedrooms: 4 double and 1 twin. The Villa is reserved for non-smokers and is equipped with wifi, television, swimming pool,iron and ironing board, hairdryer and air conditioning. The house is at your complete disposal and we have taken care of every detail to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you are for work or simply passing through to visit the city. Please take care of yourself!. City Tax: € 2,00 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 10 nights

Great location... property needs a ton of work.

This property could be exceptional, but it's not. The view is amazing. The home was clean but most of the external doors did not open. The outside gardens were a complete mess and all over grown. The pool was dirty and green. The stove had no ignitors and we had to buy a lighter. The kitchen is minute for 13 people. There was no soap in all the bathrooms. Two of the toilets did not flush and the manager laughed when we asked him to repair them. The photos online are not representative - there we no loungers by the pool and very little outside furniture. The upstairs patio had zero furniture. This property could be exceptional with some tender loving care. A ton of maintenance is required.

We booked this place primarily because of the private pool. It was green upon arrival and we were told it would be fixed the next day. It was not and was never even looked at the whole time we were there. We asked for money back for that and other problems there were with the property. Like a sink leaking, doors being unable to be unlocked from the bedroom which in America would be a fire hazard. For a place that sleeps 13 there were four normal chairs outside. So we would constantly have to bring chairs out to be able to sit together. Also with 8 in our party we had two cars and no where to put even one car. The WiFi was super slow and only upstairs. The house needs some maintenance there was lots of plaster chipping and not even coffee for the mornings. The outside areas were run down and overgrown. This property could be fabulous but it is not! We will be requesting money back from VRBO.
