La nostra casa è lussuosa e nuova - Costruita per godersi un weekend o una settimana di vacanza. Dog friendly con un GRANDE cortile dove giocare e situato in una baia protetta lontano dal traffico navale, ma a soli 5 miglia da Publix, cinema, ecc.

Due grandi televisori a schermo grande nella grande sala: 50 "LCD nell'area di gioco con funzionalità Xbox e una TV da 65" per la vita principale a 42 "nella camera a castello per bambini; ottima per i bambini! Smart TV in 3 delle altre camere da letto e per la visualizzazione su richiesta.

Tre letti King (1 al piano superiore e 2 al piano inferiore); La camera a castello per bambini al piano superiore ha un letto a castello Queen over Queen che può ospitare fino a 4 persone; così come 2 letti singoli. C'è una quinta camera da letto bonus con un letto matrimoniale (accessibile attraverso la camera a castello per bambini); un divano letto matrimoniale nella sala giochi; e 2 materassi ad aria Queen size, se necessario. Ogni camera King ha il proprio bagno privato, mentre la camera a castello per bambini e la quinta camera bonus condividono un bagno, per un totale di 4 bagni. La nostra casa può ospitare 16 persone in letti (incluso divano letto) e consentiamo un massimo di 18 ospiti (nel caso ne abbiate anche di piccoli in più).

La fantastica cucina è un concetto aperto in modo da poter far parte del gruppo mentre si prepara la cena. Ha tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, tra cui un piano cottura a gas e doppio forno. Ripiani in granito e quarzo e pavimenti in legno. Gli adulti possono godersi il gigantesco ponte con una fantastica vista sul lago mentre i bambini guardano la tv o giocano a ping pong all'interno. C'è anche un'amaca sul ponte. Perfetto per i pisolini pomeridiani dopo una giornata sul lago.

Il lato lago della casa ha un molo privato per la tua barca, una spiaggia sabbiosa di 50 piedi (rara sul lago) nel cortile per un accesso super facile a galleggiare e nuotare nel lago. L'enorme prato pianeggiante è perfetto per lanciare il calcio o il frisbee ...

Rampa della barca pubblica a meno di 1,5 miglia da casa: porta la tua barca o PWC e legala al molo per la settimana e goditi la fantastica pesca e la nautica offerte sul Lago Oconee.

Numerosi campi da golf nelle aree sono, Club e Reynolds Landing sono due dei miei preferiti ...

La casa si trova vicino a una zona boscosa su un terreno di 1 1/2 acro e l'acqua è molto privata in una baia ed è perfetta per sciare, tubare e galleggiare!

Pictures Don’t Do It Justice!

My family of 11, ranging from 2.5 to 82 years old, stayed for 4 days in March 2025. We were blown away by the size and beauty of this house when we arrived- pictures did not do it justice. It was spotless and fully stocked with all the cooking, eating, and drinking utensils you could need. It also had an excellent selection of family games, both indoor and outdoor, which we enjoyed immensely. The family favorite was the old arcade game system, super cool! The house is set up perfectly for everyone to be together yet separate simultaneously, which is fantastic for big families like ours. The beach at the house was my kids favorite spot, and with all the comfortable seating options we could all enjoy it with them. The location of the house was also perfect. Our favorite activity outside the house was the kayak and boat rental service from Oconee Wild Watersports- can’t recommend them enough for the water sports, customized souvenirs, and delicious subs. Yes, all in one place! We rented a boat for a day which was an incredibly fun experience because we could dock at the house when we needed a short break, and the lake is so so beautiful. We left this vacation feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and planning our return trip for as soon as possible. Thank you again to the owners for sharing their little slice of heaven with us strangers, we truly appreciate everything you put into it and all your little details did not go unnoticed!

Wonderful views!

We booked this home for a weekend getaway with family during the holidays. We had dinner reservations at Reynolds which was only about a 15 minute drive from the house. My husband and I have 3 young children so the bunk beds with the bonus room attached was perfect for our family. The views are amazing, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home!

Incredible lakefront experience

I rented Sandy Cove for our extended family over Thanksgiving. The home provided our family everything we needed to have a wonderful time. With 8 adults there was plenty of space to spend time both as a group and to spread out and relax. We mad use of the dock, the fire pit, cornhole, the ping pong table, and all of the separate but connected spaces indoors. We weee able to cook a 13 lbs turkey and had everything needed to heat up all the sides. The kitchen has enough space and counters that no one was on top of each other. We also took advantage of the covered patio and ate Thanksgiving dinner outside. There would have been plenty of space had we alternatively decided to stay indoors. Finally, it was clear that our hosts put thought into making sure we would have everything we needed. Thank you for making our Thanksgiving this year one we’ll never forget.

Great Extended Family Space

We had a wonderful time with family while attending a wedding in the area. The house was a great gathering place for adults and kids! Plenty for all to do without being on top of each other! Would definitely stay again!

Great spot for a family event

With enough bedrooms for everyone and access to the lake with our own little beach, our family event was a great success! The large kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the common areas are open with plenty to do. We enjoyed our time there very much!

Best place for fun family memories

Sandy Cove is the perfect place for a large family vacation! We'll talk about for years to come! The flat, ginormous back yard is perfect for playing yard games and even better for young kids to just run around. The beach is perfect for all ages but especially for the toddlers. And the dock was perfect for our boat (Fish Tales Marina is right around the corner and they have a boat ramp and self-serve gas). For our family, everyone had their own space and toilet :) Although, Hurricane Helene had just been through the area, thankfully the weather was perfect, so we were able to spend our days outside and, on the lake, as well as spend our evenings around the firepit or playing ping pong and poker inside. Very convenient to restaurants and grocery shopping. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking necessities and more including a large crockpot. The hosts were great about answering questions before, during and after our stay especially seeing we were visiting right after Hurricane Helene. We will definitely book Sandy Cove when visiting the Lake Oconee area again. Thank you, Tammy and Steve, for sharing your beautiful home.

Great Lake House

We loved this lake house! It was the perfect set up and size for 2 families. Our kids loved all of the games provided and the bunk room. Plenty of space both inside and outside to relax and enjoy. Sandy beach was nice to have. We will definitely be back!

Easy Peasy Lake House

Great for multi generation family lake vacation. Adult Bedroom/Bath set up is perfect- all with great mattresses! Kids Quarters is amazing too! Beach entry play area provides all day relaxation and large yard is great for family fun! House is well stocked with both indoor and outdoor games/activities. Kitchen is I’llideal for cooking family style meals.

Family Haven @ Lake Oconee

This property cannot be fully appreciated until you get there. The pictures do not do it justice. It’s absolutely beautiful and a showstopper! It was our first trip to Lake Oconee and we traveled with family from all over the country. We had 16 in our group with ages ranging from 10 months to 73 years. There was something there for everyone to enjoy! The kids loved the toys, video games, beach, and dock, while the adults enjoyed the sprawling open spaces, comfy king beds, and outside sitting areas! The Publix was only 10 minutes away and Mellow Mushroom was 5 minutes away!! We were drawn to this home specifically for the beach entry to the lake. It was the only home we could find that didn’t have a straight drop off into the lake. This was very important to us since we were traveling with very young children! It was an absolute must for us! We rented a double decker boat with a slide from Young Harris Water Sports one of the days and it fit perfectly at the home dock. It was so convenient to be able to pick up and drop off family members throughout the day! We’ve never done a lake trip as a family before. We usually do beach trips! Now we want to be lake people. We were on Realtor.com all weekend trying to find a place like this home that was available to buy. We loved it that much! This home will now be our go to for all future Lake Oconee trips! Thank you Tammy and Steve for being wonderful hosts and sharing your gem of a home with us!! 😊

Great Stay

We had an amazing stay at this property! Our family of 15 enjoyed plenty of space, allowing us to spend quality time together without feeling cramped. The house and property were well-maintained. The dock was comfortable accommodating our two boats and making it easy to get in and out of the water. Additionally, any questions we had were promptly and professionally answered. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would recommend this property.

Great location and incredible property.

We spent four nights with two groups of friends and their respective families. The house was perfect for our group of 11 (6 adults, 5 teenagers). The property is incredible. The teenagers played football in the backyard and along the waters edge. We all enjoyed lounging in the dock. It was an incredible stay. Steve (owner) was always available. Highly recommended.

The property was great! We were able to accommodate our large group with everyone having their own space. The living space was large enough for everyone to hang out and the place was super clean. Great communication from owners.

Great overall!

The only big thing to add is that at the back stair steps, there is a large drop off that made it very hard for my mom to get down as she is currently using a walker and cannot put pressure on her knee. I would check and insure that this drop off aligns with ADA guidelines and add some stones to help steps align more.

Perfect for multi-generational family stay

We did a good bit of looking before we chose this home for a weekend trip with my grandma. She is in her 80s and the youngest of our crew is 9. EVERY ONE of us absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Literally no issues, and the layout of the home made it so we could all enjoy each others company, cook together, eat on the porch, etc. My grandma uses a wheelchair except for very short walking distances, and she had no problem navigating the lower floor after assistance entering the few stairs into the home. There was not a ramp entry to my knowledge, but once she was in, it was no trouble for her to get herself around the spacious living areas. We brought a few kayaks and the kids lived down at the water for the duration, until it was dark, and even then they only moved up to the fire pit. Everything was clean and well-stocked. We really appreciated a bunk-style room for a bunch of kids, as well as several private rooms for grownups and other bed options as well. The hosts have been easy to communicate with and were very kind to accommodate a later check out when I needed to drive over an hour away early on checkout morning to provide nursing care to an elderly family member and then return to pick up my family. We really appreciated that flexibility as it meant I didn’t need to get all my kids up and out the door at the crack of dawn. This is truly a space all ages can enjoy and our whole big family said we would like to come back!
