With quaint fisherman cottages and original boat yards enveloping the many restaurants, designer boutiques and art galleries, an afternoon strolling the narrow streets is a pure delight. Ecila is also in close proximity to North and South Sands, which if your feeling energetic joins the South Coast Path from Bolt Head to Soar Mill Cove, a truly spectacular walk. This property can accommodate five guests ( three bedrooms) with generously proportioned rooms all on one level. The hub is the central dining room with all other rooms leading off it so great for families to spend quality time together. From the rear aspect, views over the countryside and the property benefits from a large rear garden with seating area and BBQ.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
