Access the home electronically at 5pm on the date of your arrival with your unique lock code that we specifically give only to you via text and email. Your code is live from 4pm on your arrival date until 10am on the date of your departure. An early check-in or late check-out may be requested and are subject to availability.

Find your spot for the day on the beach to build sandcastles, jump in the surf, find unique shells and sand dollars, boogie board, shore & surf fish and build an evening bonfire. Access to the available community boat launch is available upon request or fish from the bulkhead or walk to the community fishing pier just 2 streets down. Some much to do, so little time!

La Perla is conveniently located just 15 minutes from Surfside and across the bridge from Galveston's west end, as well as just a short drive from the heart of Galveston Island's activities, so it offers a nice balance of relaxation and access to amenities and attractions.

All photos, amenities, calendar, and rates are 100% accurate to the best of our knowledge. Our home is fully and professionally cleaned after each guest stay, ensuring the property is ready for you and your guests. In addition, our home features luxury hotel-quality 100% cotton sateen sheets, bedding, and bath towels. You will also receive a starter supply of shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, toilet paper and paper towels, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. We want your stay to be relaxing and enjoyable!


PET POLICY:
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs will be considered, subject to approval and a non-refundable pet fee per stay.

Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, $1,000,000 liability protection and $10,000 damage insurance.


*NOTE: Minimum age for rental is 28 and the person making the reservation must be staying at the property during the duration of the stay. Absolutely No Prom, Graduation or other large (more than the max occupancy) parties/events permitted. Max # house sleeps (occupancy) = max # of Guests allowed on property at any time. Thank you.
At the time of booking you will receive a rental agreement that will be required to be completed and returned along with a photo copy of driver's license or state issued identification card.
