It is built in a 4000 m2 terrain and consists of two buildings each totally independent from the other, at about 30 meter distance. The location of villa Sundy is exceptionally beautiful overlooking the nearby other islands i.e. Sifnos, Serifos, Syros etc. The best beaches, taverns and the main town Parikia are within a few kilometers. Villa Sunset is an ideal solution for a large group of friends, two large families or corporate holiday place.
Villas Sundy in the two buildings can accommodate 14 persons in 7 bedrooms, with two more persons in sofa beds, one in each building. The villa is constructed and decorated to an authentic Greek standard. In each building there is a comfortable living and dining area and open plan fully equipped kitchen. They both have extensive patio arrangements with pergolas, large marble tables and BBQ areas to entertain as the sun goes down and experience the unique sunset.
