Spectacular independent two-story duplex penthouse with 136m² of space for four people on the second floor with an elevator. The access to the property is private via a security key elevator. You can also access the second and third floors from the building's staircase.
From the elevator, we access the modern, spacious, and fully equipped independent kitchen on the second floor. From the kitchen, there is access to a large enclosed and covered terrace (with a motorized roof that can be opened or closed at your convenience all year round). The terrace is equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture and a BBQ, making it perfect for enjoying breakfast or hosting events with family and friends.
Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a spacious suite with two 90cm beds, high-quality memory foam mattresses and pillows, a luxurious and spacious bathroom with a large vanity, and a wonderful walk-in closet. The room is fully air-conditioned and has a ceiling fan.
Stairs from the suite lead to the third and top floor, where you'll find a large, fully equipped living room with comfortable sofas, a large smart TV, a spacious work desk, and a private terrace with marvelous views of the Denia castle and the city center. Next to the sofas, there is a very comfortable and convenient foldable double bed. This accommodation is ideal for couples or a family of four, offering luxury and privacy.
