Summary:
This flat is set on the lower ground floor of my victorian house, with a lovely light living room.
The flat is peaceful, comfortably furnished and has a well-equipped kitchen making it the perfect place to come home and relax after a day out in Greenwich or in the City.
This listing is for the entire ground floor of the property. You will have your own private entrance and completely private use of the entire floor including living room, double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.
The Space:
Welcome to my Greenwich home in the beautiful Ashburnham conservation area! Under a 10 minute walk to Greenwich station and central Greenwich, there are excellent transport links to Canary Wharf and the city.
The bedroom in the middle of the flat promises a quiet night's sleep on the extra comfy bed, and my cleaners place fresh, hotel quality linen on the bed just before your arrival.
There are lots of excellent restaurants and pubs within a few minutes walk
The flat does not come with garden access, however we are close to Greenwich park so if you fancy a picnic or some sunbathing please feel free to borrow the picnic set from the kitchen.
"Please be aware that I sometimes have my dog stay here so this flat is not suitable for those with pet allergies. "

Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay with self-check in via lockbox.
There are steps down into the property so this property is unfortunately not suitable for guests who need step-free access.
The Neighborhood:
Greenwich is part of the London Borough of Greenwich which lies along the south bank of the river, stretching from Greenwich eastwards to Thamesmead encompassing Blackheath, Charlton, Woolwich and Plumstead. Greenwich is quite large and unofficially divided into East and West Greenwich. The town centre lies in the middle. It's small, with a historic feel and has a range of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. The main attractions are the UNESCO world heritage site including Greenwich Park, the Cutty Sark, The Royal Observatory and the National Maritime Museum.
Getting Around:
The apartment is located eight minutes walk from Greenwich DLR station.
The London Eye: 40 minutes by tube and train
The Tower of London: 45 minutes on the tube
Heathrow Airport: 90 minutes by bus and tube
Gatwick Airport: 70 minutes by tube and train
Kings Cross: 40 minutes on the tube
National Gallery: 25 minutes by tube and train
Other Things to Note:
On-street paid parking is available at the top of the road. Pre-booked parking is available for stays of 3 nights or more, please let me know if you need this when booking. There is also an Enterprise Car Club round the corner on Egerton Drive if you wish to rent a car. Public transport links are excellent with train, DLR, bus and boat.
We kindly request that you read the house rules prior to booking and respect them during your stay. Parties or events of any kind will not be tolerated. Violation of this rule will result in eviction from the property and charges for any damages or additional cleaning required. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
