Beautiful and cozy 65m2 apartment with communal pool, in perfect condition and with an excellent location, a few meters from the sea, in Puerto de Pollensa. The property is located in Club del Sol, just a few minutes' walk from its spectacular bay.
We found the apartment on the ground floor of the building. The charming apartment is distributed in two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, suitable for 2 people. The large living/dining room has a window to the terrace with garden views, allowing natural light to enter practically all hours of the day. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped. Note that it has hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms and Wi-Fi included. It also has Satellite Television in different languages: Spanish, English, German, French...
Puerto de Pollença is located 1 kilometer from the apartment and is very well connected if you don't want to bring a car, there is a bus stop just 100 m away. The long and extensive sandy beach is 2 kilometers away.
Note: There is an extra cleaning fee of 90 euros per stay and electricity is paid separately at market price that is deducted from the deposit. Ecotax not included.
