Wonderful Stay in Santa Croce

The hosts are incredible - welcoming and checked in with us often throughout the stay and made several wonderful local recommendations. Fabulous location walkable to everything. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Very nice and clean apartment with everything you needed! Our family of 5 had a very comfortable stay. Would highly recommend this spot for a stay in Florence!

Rain didn’t keep the fun away

It rained in Florence 3 of the four days we were there. But the location of the apartment was excellent. A short walk to all the sights and great restaurants. It was VERY nice. With air conditioning and a bathroom for all bedrooms. They had some welcome drinks in the fridge for us. And when we couldn’t find something to do on a rainy day, they helped us book a cooking class which was the highlight of our time in Florence. Great time. Great place. And fabulous apartment. 10 stars!

Charming and Modern

We loved our stay! The host was amazing and helped with care and organization during our entire stay. She had drinks in the refrigerator as well as wine and a kitchen ready for meals if you stay in. The home was extremely clean and the linens were very nice. Beautifully decorated with fantastic bathrooms. The location is also central to everything. Thank you for your great hospitality!

Great location in Florence. Beautiful apartment.

This property was perfect for our family. Papa, Gigi, son, daughter-in-law and a one year old. It was halfway through our trip so we made use of the washer and dryer. The host left the fridge stocked with water, orange juice and soda as well as coffee and tea in the cabinet. We lost one of our converters in our travels, but several were provided which was so helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The location was very good for all of our planned activities in the city.

Excellent apartment in Florence

This assortment was amazing. The building it is located in is a location where Michelangelo lived! The location was perfect and near all the restaurants. We works definitely go back to the location. Highly recommend it.

Excellent apartment, host and location!!

Loved the apartment! Very clean and could walk anywhere in Florence. Good restaurants just around the corner. Host was kind and helpful before and during stay! Four floor walk up. Would stay here again!

The best VRBO host in the world!

Everything is absolutely perfect about this property. The location is fantastic. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and spacious. The history of Michelangelo living in the building is so fun. However, the real standout here is the host Paolo. He is by far the most detailed and available host I have ever encountered. He arranged our transportation from the train, met us, helped carry the luggage, and did many other things that made the stay special. He even took us on a half hour walking tour of the neighborhood and pointed out great spots along the way. If we had questions, he answered instantly and his English is flawless. Everyone should stay here. Dont even bother looking at other listings in Florence. This is the one!

Who knew this was where Michelangelo lived?

Great location, clean, quiet, great host too. This was as good as you get in a rental in Florence IMO. I would 100% stay here again. Thx guys. Great job.

Great location and lovely place

Newly renovated and perfectly located. Great stay! Host was helpful before and throughout our visit. It is several flights up so be aware if anyone in your party has trouble with stairs.

Amazing home in a perfect location.

This home is beautiful, spacious and very clean. The host Paolo is amazing. He met us to show us the home and even made dinner reservations and arranged a car and driver for us. Book this property now, before someone else does. You will love it. The restaurants and sights near by are wonderful. We can't wait to come back...

EXCELLENT! Great host, great location!

From the beginning of our experience with this location, Paolo was extremely helpful. Making sure he knew when me and my family were landing so he could have a van at the airport for all of us. He also went ahead and booked us a dinner reservation for our day of arrival so we had some where to eat without having to go out and look. He met us at the apartment with a warm smile and showed us around. You could tell he took pride in making sure the apartment was very clean, updated, and suitable for guests. The apartment came with adaptors, tons of basic kitchen ware (for cooking and eating), coffee and tea, toiletries, and more! The feeling was clean, safe, and very welcoming. We stayed there with 5 guests and all were very satisfied with the amount of space/privacy we had, while enjoying the beautiful kitchen and living room as well. Location was great for walking to stores, cafes, restaurants, or bars. Paolo also continued to stay in contact the entire trip and recommended me towards restaurants or anything we might have needed. He made the whole experience very easy, it felt like we truly had a helping hand for our vacation in Florence. I already have and will continue to recommend this property to anyone! I strongly recommend staying here, meeting the wonderful host Paolo, and experiencing the fantastic time you will have at the property!

Our stay was wonderful! Paolo was a great host, in communication with us and always ready with a good recommendation (Pino’s sandwiches were FANTASTICO) ! We had lots of space, it was very clean and comfortable. Also this place SMELLS like heaven.

Florence Visit

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment! Paolo is an excellent host! He assisted us with information on Florence and with fantastic restaurant recommendations. The apartment is conveniently located to all of the sites in the historic part of the city.

Amazing stay

This apartment is beautiful, very well equipped and the property managers couldn’t have been any better! Paulo made us dinner reservations for our first night, he met us there to walk us through everything and was available anytime to answer all of our questions. The location of the apartment is perfect. While it’s just steps from everything it’s also very quiet when your inside. There were six of us and it was plenty of space. We will definitely be back!

This place is very convenient surrounded by great restaurants and sites. Paolo is a gracious host and extremely responsive. Fabulousness in Florence

This apartment was fabulous in every way — location and set up and amenities. We were thrilled to explore Florence from there and wished we could stay longer! Paolo was very accommodating and available and helped us through a few last minute questions with ease! If you want to be in the heart of historic Florence and have a newly renovated and perfectly appointed apartment then you won’t be disappointed by renting this unit!
