The space
A beautifully presented penthouse apartment in a sought after location. This light and airy property is situated moments from the restaurants, bars and boutique shops of Exmouth Market in Clerkenwell. Decorated in vintage chic style with original 1920s floorboards throughout, this flat has magnificent views of St Paul's, the Shard and the city.
Mainly facing South from the top corner of the building, this flat also has windows on all sides, providing lots of natural light all day. The windows are intentionally left unobstructed by curtains or blinds for a 24/7 enjoyment of the stunning views (but complimentary eye patches are provided if you prefer to sleep in the dark).
An internal staircase adds to the feeling of privacy and makes this an incredibly quiet flat in the heart of central London.
While all of Central London is reachable by foot, walking through the most beautiful parts of the city, transport options also abound, with many bus stops within 3 minutes walk, and Angel, Farringdon, Russell Square, King's Cross and Chancery Lane tube / cross rail stations all within ten minutes walk.
The bedroom has a double bed with a luxury handmade 10,750 pocket spring Feather and Black mattress, filled with 100% natural fibres including British wool, Egyptian cotton and mohair for effective regulation of body temperature and comfortable sleep. Selection of natural feather and down and hypoallergenic synthetic pillows is also provided.
