Proprietà immersa nel verde con un ampio terrazzo panoramicissimo e attrezzato. Dispone di tre confortevoli camere da letto matrimoniali vista mare, due bagni ed un ampio soggiorno con un divano letto matrimoniale. La cucina di maioliche antiche molto attrezzata. Dalla ampia terrazza è possibile prendere il sole e lasciarsi incantare dal panorama sul mare del golfo.
Ha una discesa a mare, comune anche agli altri appartamenti della struttura (Ciliegio- Gelso nero) con un ampia piazzola adibita a solarium, attrezzata con ombrellone, sdraio e lettini, scaletta per accesso al mare.
La proprietà si trova in un parco secolare di 15.000 mq con pini, olivi, agrumi che degradano sul mare.
La proprietà si trova ad ischia porto, in via S.Alessandro, una piccola stradina pedonale in salita alle spalle della riva sinistra, molto vicino all'attracco degli aliscafi e dei traghetti (5 minuti a piedi), a pochi passi dal centro di Ischia Porto, a solo 5-15 minuti a piedi da ristoranti, negozi, minimarket, la stazione centrale degli autobus, taxi, noleggi macchina, motorini.
La Spiaggia degli Inglesi si trova a soli 300 metri a piedi dalla casa ed altre spiagge si trovano a 15 minuti a piedi dalla casa (alle spalle della strada shopping, via Roma).
Il prezzo include wi-fi,area condizionata ,consumi, biancheria per letti e bagni, ma chiediamo ai nostri di portare teli per il mare.

Three Nights in Ischia

We had a really nice time here. Definitely would recommend. Beautiful views from every room. Hope to come back. Nataly was very helpful checking us in and showing us the grounds. We were lucky with a rainy day and small crowds at Poseidon, a once in a lifetime experience.

Beautiful spot

This is a gem of a place. Beautiful views. Very convenient to the Port but removed enough from business. The place was spacious, clean and the AC works well. Eat at Enzo’s for great pizza.

Beautiful Villa With Breathtaking Views

The property is situated very close to the port and offers beautiful water views from every room. We found it to be a quiet and relaxing oasis, yet still just a short walk down the hill to restaurants and transportation options. We arrived via ferry and our host, Nataly, was waiting for us when we arrived. She walked us to the property and gave us lots of suggestions on things to do, restaurants, and how to get around the island. The weather in Ischia was absolutely perfect and our family enjoyed relaxing on terraces, enjoying the views, and going for a swim at the private beach access point. We’d definitely stay here again!

What an incredible apartment with an incredible view of the sea in an incredible location at the top of a very very steep hill walking distance from the port. Very very challenging to walk up the hill with our suitcases. Fortunately Giacomo came to meet us at the ferry and helped us get our bags up the hill and helped us get groceries. The three bedroom, 2 bathroom, air conditioned!!! apartment has a huge outdoor patio and private rocky access to the sea. Stunning! Bring water shoes and your own beach towels. The kitchen was not super well stocked for cooking, lacking a good knife and basics like olive oil but plenty of dishes and glasses for dining. We loved our stay here and the island! Can’t wait to come back.

Villa with a view

The property manager was very helpful and friendly and went out of her way to assist. The location was walking distance to supermarkets and other shopping. There was no parking space however a paid parking lot was within walking distance. The view from the terrace is beautiful and it has a small picturesque, rocky dedicated waterfront with a ladder to assist with getting into the water. We had a very good experience overall!

Beautiful view, awful beds

This villa is beautiful, with an amazing view, and is in a great location. The beds were awful. Each of the 3 beds were like sleeping on a box spring. My husband even tried to sleep on the couch. We did not sleep the entire 4 nights of our stay. For the cost, the mattresses need to be updated.

This is one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed at in Italy!

This apartment (part of a larger villa) is STUNNING! Clean, well laid out, has all of the necessary essentials, and a great view from every room. Communication with the host was very good, and there was someone waiting at the ferry to greet us and show us to the property. Access to all the restaurants and shopping in the town of Porto is easy from this beautiful location. The property does require a bit of a walk up cobblestone. It can be challenging with luggage or if someone has mobility issues, however once you are at the property and have dropped off luggage, the walk is an easy 5 minutes to the main areas of town. We had a wonderful time and will be back again to rent this lovely spot!

A beautiful summer home with spectacular views from every window. Very close to everything.

Three girlfriends and I rented this lovely home for 6 nights in April. It is a lovely apartment in a villa with views from every window and decks galore. Kitchen was adequate….(we had trouble with lighting the gas stove throughout) but we managed to make delicious meals with the fantastic local produce, meats, breads and pasta of course! We got our exercise walking up the 50 or so steps to the Villa however we loved doing that because it kept us in shape . Hostess and her staff went out of their way to help us (I actually left my iPad and phone behind when we checked out and he assisted us throughout the day in retrieving them. Another staff person delivered us Easter cake as a special surprise)

Two Memorable Weeks in September

We stayed at this fabulous Ischia Porto location for the first two weeks in September. What a beautiful setting. The views of the water from the open patio were really gorgeous and we really loved swimming in the warm, crystal clear waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Although the outdoor furniture was a bit sparse we were happy hanging outside and watching the boats pass by and the ferries come and go. Inside, with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, there was plenty of space for us and our adult kids. Like most buildings in the area, this apartment resides in a 100 (?) year old building so the furnishings are not new but they are well kept and the kitchen provided everything we needed. Finally, Jacopo and Oxsana were very helpful and were there with whatever we needed from beginning to end.

Sweet & quiet spot for active people

Great views on from the terrace, tucked away and quiet. Check in was perfect- we were met by Nataly at the dock and escorted by foot up to the villa. It's definitely as all other reviews say- a bit of a bumpy incline, but on a vacation, any exercise is good to counter all the delicious food and wine! Nataly gave us fantastic intel- 5pm the fishing boat comes in right at the dock and has a pop up fish store. Her recommendation of Salvatore was THE BEST taxi/tour guide. Let us to the most glorious sunset followed by a perfect locals A+++ dinner at the very tippy top of Ischia. PREGO!!!!! Only down note and likely because they were closed up for the winter is things were a bit damp/musty in the beds and closets, but with a good solid breeze for a few hours, things cleared out enough. Minor! Villa was clean, well appointed and nicely laid out for privacy. I say, Vai vai vai!

Great location

5 girls stayed here for 4 days to explore the island. We had great weather for 3 of the 4 days and will be back to explore all of what we missed. We had trouble with there being enough hot water for all of us to shower and there was an ant problem in the kitchen which could be controlled by being mindful of leaving out any food. The walk up and down with luggage was no joke, but typical of other stays in Almafi as well. House had great AC but the shutters were loud with extreme wind. Also, there is a locked door that no one told us about and we heard voices etc over there. The structure appears to be 4 houses so maybe it was a division but a little strange. No microwave but stove worked well and kitchen was stocked with all that we needed.

Location extra pour des vacances en famille

Cette propriété est magnifique, extrêmement bien située (près du port et des commodités) , au calme avec tous les équipements nécessaires (3 chambres, 2 salles de bain, cuisine équipée, très grande terrasse…) La vue sur la mer, le coucher de soleil est extraordinaire. Très belle expérience….

A little slice of Italian paradise.

When planning our return trip to Ischia we were so excited to find this property - as this part of the island is such a great area to be based. The grounds were beautiful and spacious, with easy access to the water for swimming. Super close to supermarkets and restaurants on foot but do be prepared for the steep slope of the path. As a family of seven, we comfortably fit into the Bougainville apartment on the top level. Happily the AC units in each room worked very well to keep us cool during the heat wave that we had during our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and we happily learned that there was a laundry machine onsite, a wonderful surprise. Mariolina was the perfect guide and her tips for restaurants and activities were spot on! Our favourite restaurant by far was Ristorante Pizzeria Fratelli La Bufala, with both excellent pizzas and pastas. She also gave us a wonderful recommendation for a guided boat trip around the island, that turned out to be a highlight. We highly recommend the property and look forward to returning!

Fantastic sea views

My friend and I rented Villa dei Fiori and were immediately struck by the beautiful sea views from the terrace and two of the bedrooms. The apartment itself is spacious and charmingly decorated, with extensive cooking utensils and serving plates. The location is close to the center of town; however it does require a walk up a steep hill so it may not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues. For everyone else, the walk is worth the beautiful water and sunset views. I would definitely stay here again.

A little bit of Heaven on earth

My family and I loved our stay at this very special property. We stayed in the Bougainville apartment on the top level with gorgeous views of the sea and mountains. The property is surrounded by lovely trees and flowers— you feel as though you have entered a secret garden! The home is very peaceful and comfortable. We can’t wait to go back. Situation et vue magnifiques

Nous sommes une famille de 5 personnes et nous voulions passer une semaine à Ischia après quelques jours à Naples. Nous voulions Initialement louer à San Angelo mais c’était complet. Nota : San Angelo est le bon endroit pour louer a Ischia. Nous avons réservé la résidence Bouganville avec la terrasse vue mer dans la villa dei fiori. La résidence Villa Dei fiori est une grande bâtisse situé sur un point haut. La villa comporte 6 appartements dont 3 sont en location (les appartements côté port sont en rénovation) L’appartement bougainville est celui le plus haut avec une terrasse en terre cuite vue mer. Le seul inconvénient de cette terrasse est le vent qui souffle un jour sur deux en Août et qui ne permet pas de déjeuner le midi. Ça souffle en vent nord et Nord Ouest et les deux parasols ne tiennent pas quand il y a du vent. Les autres appartements en dessous me semble à l’abri du vent mais non pas vue sur la mer... À l’arrivée, Il faut monter par un petit chemin qui démarre à côté du Port de Ischia puerto. Petite grimpette avec les valises pendant 10min et on arrive dans la villa dei fiori. Pas de piscine mais un accès privé à la mer au travers d’une échelle de descente dans l’eau. Pas de plage mais l’échelle donne dans une crique de rochers partagée avec les villas autour. Au dessus de l’échelle, il y a un petit espace partagé avec les autres location avec bain de soleil pour se prélasser ... Il faut 3 mins de la location pour être dans l’eau et c’est assez sécurisant pour envoyer les ados. La villa est calme : les seuls bruits viennent des ferrys qui «sonnent » à l’arrivée et au départ du port. L’appartement est propre et les 3 chambres sont confortables. Le salon/ cuisine est grand mais ne possède pas de lave- vaisselle ... Les verres et assiettes sont dans leurs jus. Il y a une chambre avec salle de bain privative et deux chambres indépendantes et une deuxième salle de bain. Pour aller à la plage, il y a la plage des Anglais à 10min ( attention ça grimpe et çà descend).Petite plage autonome à côté d’un bar qui loue des transats sur une centaine de mètres. Peu de fond a cette plage de sable noir mais des vagues pour les amateurs. Nous avons passé un bon séjour là bas. Un grand merci à la propriétaire qui s’est montrée flexible sur les horaires d’arrivée (13h) et de départ (midi).

Magical and beautiful place! Highly recommended!

We fell in love with Ischia and adored Mariolina's beautiful home by the sea. The house was charming and the views were unbelievable! The staff was warm and welcoming and Mariolina was so helpful with any questions and coordinating our arrival off the ferry. We are back home in the California but still dreaming of Ischia! We plan on visiting again next year because we can't get it out of our minds. If you want to come somewhere special you will not be disappointed!!!

Best panoramic view

This is most certainly Ine of the best locations we have ever been to, and this is our 12th holiday visit to Italy. The rooms were clean at arrival. Nice and comfortable house, with a fantastic balcony with the best panoramic view ever. There is a lot of different places for sunbathing and the “beach” is perfect at least for grownups (not for smaller children). The staff are nice and helpful, Ischia is indeed a beautiful island so all in all a fantastic holiday. We would love to return some day in the near future.
