Location

Villa Nemea is located on the hill overseeing the marvelous Genn'e Mari Bay. Approximately 350 meters from the beach and 600 meters from the supermarket.

Accommodation

The villa is a Mediterranean style home on different levels, with 2 double bedrooms and a room with a bigger bed and a smaller one. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. It has 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely living/dining room inspired by Mediterranean sea colours.

Outside there are many different areas where to relax: the swimming pool area in front of the house, the spacious green garden, the dining area with typical stone barbecue and a romantic terrace on the upper part of the villa, where to enjoy the wonderful view of the bay and the stars at night.

Torre delle Stelle

Torre delle Stelle is a wonderful residential village on the Southern coast of Sardinia, 30 Km East from Cagliari. It is named after the Saracen tower on the top of the promontory between two marvellous sandy beaches, Genn'e Mari and Cann'e Sisa. With its fine white sand beaches, crystal clear waters, wild rocks and nature, Torre delle Stelle is a perfect escape plan from the city’s routine, a place to enjoy the sun, the beach and the Mediterranean nature.

Fantastic house in sputhern Sardegna

The house is very nice and comfortable. Very efficient usage of space. Kitchen utensils could be improved. Pool is nice and clean. Walking distance to two different beaches. A bit further away from other main attractions. Gloria was great.

Fantastic Villa

The villa is in an envious location high up over looking the bay and sea. It’s mid size accommodation is great for up to six people. The pool and outside space are great too. The only one issue we had was with mosquitos. You have to take a lot of precautions if want to avoid the bites. There are steps outside the villa which are a shortcut down to the sea and local shops. Be very careful as they not maintained and a slip hazard. Overall a great villa in a great location.

Wonderful Week in a amazing Villa

6 of us spent a week in Gloria's stunning Villa Nemea. The property is lovely with amazing views and really nice pool. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us and Gloria was very helpful and responsive throughout booking and stay. The beach is a short walk down 10-15 mins with a walk back up being fair amount of steps, this is the price to pay for lovely views. There is also a nice area for snorkelling again a short walk away (with steps again). Local shop has lot more than you would imagine and the beach has a small bar and boat rental. A great holiday - would definitely recommend.

The property was ideal - lovely views and the villa was extremely clean and tidy. Gloria (and her husband) was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The whole family enjoyed our two weeks in such a great location.

De vraies vacances reposantes dans un cadre magnifique

Nous venons de passer 2 semaines en famille dans la Villa Nemea. Calme, sérénité, cadre enchanteur, la plage accessible à pied en quelques minutes... la prestation est de très grande qualité, la Villa est superbe et les propriétaires sont extrêmement sympathiques et attentionnés. Nous y reviendrons sans hésitation.

Wonderful villa in a quaint village, beautiful!

Gloria was a wonderful host, very helpful before arrival, offering recommendations and throughout our stay. The villa is set in a beautiful mountain location, with mesmerising views to wake up to and enjoy throughout the day. The pictures don't do the villa justice as once we arrived were even more surprised by the villas & locations charm & beauty. The villa was extremely well presented, spacious, clean and comfortable. The outside space is fantastic, fabulous pool & al fresco living areas...and were we spent most evenings. All beaches were beautiful turquoise waters and white sands! Would highly recommend this villa & part of Sardinia, a quiet & relaxing location and very pretty :)

very pleased

the property was lovely and Gloria was responsive to any questions. The rooftop seating area and pool were highlights Local grocer well stocked and friendly. Found steps and took 200 or so to the beach. Villa is in a community and helpful to get clear directions.

Beautifully presented, well located, just lovely!

From the outset Gloria was the perfect introduction to a wonderful relaxing break. Communication was superb when making initial enquiries and even allowing for an unexpected late arrival of nearly midnight, Gloria was superb and very accommodating despite our travel arrangements eating into her Saturday night. (I still apologise for this!) She was friendly, courteous and helpful at all times. Marco the gentleman who attends now and then to check the pool and mow the lawns was extremely friendly and unobtrusive too. The villa was beautifully presented with an attractive, crisp stylish theme running throughout the internal decor. The villa was well equipped and yes, the outdoor heated shower is worthy of note as I fully enjoyed utilising it, along with the outdoor oven and bbq cooking facilities for those nights we chose to dine at "home". The village is superb and unspoilt unlike many in the near vacinity, and the local people extremely friendly and welcoming. Elena, whose family own and have run the the village supermarket, bar, restaurant and beach bar since the 1970's is one of the most friendly people I have met and it was a pleasure to meet both her and her family. We will be staying in touch. I would recommend at stay at Villa Nemea and would award it 10/10 based on the information provided by the owner and now knowing the property as it is, and based on my (admittedly) fussy standards! I would also not hesitate to return again and hope to do so in the near future. Thank you very much Gloria from both Steve and I. xx

stilvolles Ferienhaus in wunderbarer Lage

Wir haben 12 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus in Torre del Stelle verbracht. Es ist stilvoll eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und liegt in wunderbarer Lage auf einem Hügel direkt an der Küste. Morgens konnten wir - auf der Dachterrasse sitzend - mit einem Kaffee den Morgen genießen, abends mit einem Glas Wein den Sternenhimmel. Unsere Tochter und ihre Freundin waren viel am Strand. Eine sandige Bucht mit wunderbarem klaren Wasser (wie fast überall in Sardinien) liegt in Sichtweite und kann in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden. Ebenso kann man nach kurzem Fußweg zu einer felsigen Bucht gelangen. Diese eignet sich insbesondere für Erwachsene bestens zum Schwimmen und Sichten der Unterwasserwelt. Die Kinder haben ferner viel Ping-Pong gespielt und wir haben das WLAN abends gerne in Anspruch genommen. Die Umgebung hat weitere schöne Strände und Küstenabschnitte und einen Nationalpark zum Wandern zu bieten. Tagesausflüge zu andere Sehenswürdigkeiten z.B. archäologische Ausgrabungen (Nuraghenzeit, Phönizier und Römer) oder in die Hochebene Giari di Gesturi haben für die nötige Abwechslung gesorgt. Mehrfach waren wir auch in Cagliari - besonders zu empfehlen: der botanische Garten. Einziger kleiner Makel: Die Anreise bis ins Zentrum der Stadt dauert leider je nach Verkehr doch 45 bis 60 Minuten. Ach da war noch was: Ein Steinofen zum Pizzabacken und Gloria, eine extrem freundliche hilfsbereite Vermieterin!

Beautifull villa with great views

We spent a lovely week at the villa in October. The facilities were very good and we particularly enjoyed the great outdoor spaces where you can enjoy the views of Torre delle stelle and the beach. We used the roof terrace for evening drinks and star gazing, and the weather was warm enough to eat outside using the outdoor BBQ and dining table. The full size Table Tennis was fun for a bit of friendly competition. There are two bathrooms plus an outdoor shower with hot water that we loved. Our host, Gloria was very helpful and recommended places to eat and was always on hand if we had any queries. We walked down to the sandy beach which is about 10 mins walk down steps and even enjoyed the walk back up to the villa as we needed the exercise after so much good food and wine, not to mention the Limoncello! We hired a car and explored the area which has some of the nicest sandy beaches we have ever come across. I would highly recommend this villa.

Ein traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Die Villa Nemea ist 2014 mit viele Liebe zum Detail renoviert worden und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ruhig gelegen hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer und ins Landesinnere. Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt gelangt man zu einem sehr schönen Sandstrand, der besonders auch für Kinder ideal ist. Besonder hervorzuheben ist die ausgesprochen aufmerksame, sympathische und sehr hilfreiche Vermieterin Gloria, die zudem perfekt deutsch spricht. Wir haben unsere Ferien dort sehr genossen und werden wiederkommen!

Wunderschöne sardische Villa mit toller Aussicht

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Villa Nemea, denn wir haben schon vor 9 Jahren das voll ausgestattete Haus, mit dem infinity Pool, der Aussendusche, dem Grillplatz und der schönen Dachterasse und den Blick auf die Bucht von Genn‘e Mari sehr genossen. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, dass Gloria weiterhin das Haus betreut, denn sie ist einfach mit Herz und Seele für Ihre Gäste da und beantwortet einfach alle Fragen und hat tolle Tips, auch am Abreisetag hat sie uns noch zu einem schönen Tag verholfen, da wir eine späte Abreise hatten. Jeder der einen entspannten Urlaub in unmittelbarer Nähe von wunderschönen Stränden und Ausflugszielen sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Einfach buchen und genießen

Wunderbares erholsames Haus

Wir waren 2 Wochen in der Villa Nemea und hatten einen erholsamen und angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Lage des Hauses ist erhöht und die Terrassen bieten einen fantastischen Blick ins Tal und aufs Meer. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen, der Pool war einfach das Highlight für unsere Kinder.

Villa....da sogno!!

La casa è molto curata, ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort. Bellissimi gli esterni: immersi nella piscina, piccola ma carina, si può godere della magnifica vista su Torre delle Stelle. Ciliegina sulla torta: la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Gloria e del suo staff <3 Decisamente consigliato...Grazie di tutto e alla prossima!! :)

Großartiges Zuhause für zwei Wochen

Wir, eine fünfköpfige Familie mit Kindern zwischen 15 und 17, hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa Nemea. Der Support war toll, die Villa wurde zwischengereinigt, der Pool zweimal pro Woche gepflegt. Auf den verschiedenen Ebenen konnte man gemeinsame Zeit verbringen und sich auch wunderbar verteilen, wenn einem danach war. Die Klimaanlagen waren ebenfalls hilfreich. Besonders schön waren eine nicht einsehbare Außendusche und der Salzwasserpool. Glorias Support war stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und zuverlässig. Wenn möglich, kommen wir jederzeit gerne wieder

Wunderbares Haus mit Pool und Aussicht

Ein wunderbarer Pool mit Hdyrolyse-Technik. Kein Chlor. Das Haus ist am Berghang gebaut und die Zimmer sind unterhalb des Wohnzimmers und dadurch sehr kühl (Klimaanlage ist auch vorhanden). Viel Platz für 4-6 Gäste. Geschirr/Gläser eher nur für vier Gäste vorhanden. Sehr gute Lage. Drei schöne Stränd in der Nähe, Supermarkt und gute Restaurants.

Parfait !

Située dans une petite ville au sud-est de Cagliari, la maison dispose de 3 belles chambres, un grand salon et différents espaces extérieurs qui permettent de profiter de la belle saison tout au long de la journée. La piscine est très appréciable avec sa petite « plage ». Un grand merci à Gloria pour son accueil et ses conseils très précieux pour bien profiter de la région.

Wundervolles Haus für einen herrlich entspannten Urlaub
