In the center of Rome, a stone's throw from Piazza Barberini and metro A, a nice studio apartment with an open space living room with double bed and sofa bed for two people, bathroom with shower cubicle, kitchen and terrace!

APARTMENT RULES:

- LATE CHECKIN: FROM 22.00 TO 00.00 AM ASSETS WILL BE REQUIRED OF € 30, plus € 10 every hour until 7.00.

- The tourist tax (€ 6 per night per person) and the cleaning costs of € 95 will be paid in cash upon arrival.

- For bookings longer than a week there is a weekly cleaning of € 45 in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.

Tucked Away Roman Getaway

We had a great stay here in Rome! This apartment is small but cozy and is perfect for three adults to sleep comfortably. The host provided a complimentary bottle of limoncello, which was great to enjoy on the balcony. The apartment was in a safe area that was an easy walk to local sights.

Wonderful place to stay!

The host, Riccardo, was very helpful and responded quickly to any requests or questions we had, and the location of the property was perfect - away from crowd noise but a short walk to anywhere you wanted to go. I would stay here again!

Amazing location!

This apartment was the perfect place for our week in Rome! The location was within walking distance of almost everything. The only time we took transportation was for airport and the Vatican. Everything else was walkable. Riccardo was an excellent host and was attentive when I asked questions. The restaurant recommendation list was fabulous! The apartment itself is just as pictured. It is a small space, but quite adequate for 2. It was relatively quiet in the evenings, however, I did opt for a sound machine as we slept with the windows open and there were occasional passersby that were loud in the night.

Great spot

Location is perfect but off of main streets. Host is extremely responsive and made airport transfers and check in/check out simple. We would stay here again.

Clean. Convenient.

Contactless access was quick and easy. Nice, small balcony. All necessities available in apartment. Short walk to Trevi, Colosseum, great restaurants. No complaints!

A week in Rome!

We had a great stay here. The location was perfect, we only needed a cab 2x in 8 days! Close to a lot of great restaurants and not far from many cafes. It's a great spot for 2 people, any more would of been cramped. We didn't cook in at all, but the kitchen was adequately equipped. A guide to how to work a few things in the apartment would of been good, but Riccardo was beyond helpful with any and all questions we had. It was a very safe and quiet area to stay in and gave us a great base to explore from. Thank you!!

Wonderful Rome Apartment

What a wonderful place to stay. A beautiful and safe place to spend in Rome. The hosts were extremely friendly, responsive and helpful. The neighborhood was very quiet, but also a short, beautiful stroll to the Trevi fountain area. Highly recommended!

Riccardo's apartment was clean , comfortable and well designed. The location is fantastic. Ot had everything we needed. Riccardo was very responsive and wonderful to deal with. Would absolutely stay there next tome we're in Rome

Fun Flat - Safe location and walking distance to most sites

Really enjoyed our stay in Ricardo’s funky little studio apartment. Especially loved the balcony (and the security as it’s on the alley right behind the lovely presidential palace!)

Nice place in the middle of everything

Nice apartment with all the basics you need. Appreciate it being on a quiet, non-drivable street, at night time in Rome. Good AC. Smart TV. Comfortable bed. Nice to have the small balcony. Would recommend for two people.

We had a great stay and the apartment was clean and well furnished. It was close to the city center with access to restaurants, shopping and attractions. Ricardo was friendly and helpful as a host. 100% recommend!

Bellissima!

Riccardo was an excellent host, and provided a beautiful, clean, and ideal location for visitors! He was very easy to get ahold of if we had any questions. Ideal location to walk to Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, etc. We would definitely stay here again :) We felt right at home.

Fantastic apartment near Piazza Barberini

We enjoyed this updated, quaint apartment near Piazza barberini. Very clean and a wonderful outdoor space. Close to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. In a busy area, but very quiet and safe due to its proximity to the Palazzo del Quirinale. Great communication from host!

Perfect

Great locations! The apartment had everything we needed, plus a nice Italian patio and a new washing machine. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a couch and table and chairs. The bathroom was newly tiled and bright. There were many windows with shutters, so the apartment can be bright or dark. Everything was clean. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay & recommend this property.

Excellent 4 nights in Rome Barberini Neighbourhood

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay in this property. Check in was absolutely effortless; we were greeted with a lovely bottle of Limoncello; well equipped apt centrally located to Termini train station and old town Rome We had a problem with our toilet and washer which were immediately and effectively addressed within 12 hours). We were provided recommendations for shopping and restaurants; offered transport to airport by very friendly staff.

Amazing location awesome team

Ricardo and his team were wonderful made checking in easy assisted with airport transport. Location amazing, quick walk to many things including Trevi Fountain. Apartment was adorable and nicely equipped with wonderful terrace. Safe related to behind Presidential Palace with guards on every corner. Couldn’t ask for better! Would love to stay here next trip!

Rome Apartment - Highly Recommend

My wife and I loved this apartment. The property was exactly as described and the booking and check-in process was very easy/convenient. We loved the location, which was a very short walk to Piazza Barberini with stores, restaurants, a taxi stand, and subway station. It was a short walk to the Colloseum,Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and other sites (and took taxis to Vatican and Trastevere). Proximity to a taxi stand is important if you plan to use them (there's no hailing a cab in Rome). The apartment is located on a back street (pedestrians only) that made it super quiet and its proximity to the Presidential Palace meant periodic police patrols that made the area feel extra safe. We enjoyed relaxing on the terrace after a day of walking/sightseeing. The loft was clean, was well equipped, and was perfect for the two of us. The host was great to work with and helped us by arranging pickup from the airport. We would definitely stay here again should we return to Rome.

Great Flat w Tremendous Location

Bravo Riccardo & Marta! Flat was perfect for me & wife for 2 nights but we could easily see ourselves staying for much longer. Location is 10 minute walk to Trevi Fountain and 15 minutes to Spanish Steps. Restaurants and bars are minutes away . Flat has everything from well equipped kitchen to clean bathroom and big shower. Sitting area has big couch to watch TV that converts into single bed if one has third person. Outside terrace has small table & 2 chairs and perfect to sit outside and have morning coffee & read. Riccardo & Marta’s attentive & quick communication is probably best we have experienced in VRBO and gave me comfort they are right there to answer questions or issues if needed . Just heads up for less mobile people w bags, it’s 2 flights up stairs with no lift. No issue for us but good heads up for others. All in all excellent stay and we would stay again next time in Rome.
