The apartment includes a great breakfast buffet in our restaurant and is located in the heart of Madrid, in a privileged location just a few minutes from Gran Via. You can walk to the main tourist attractions and enjoy the theaters, cinemas, museums, coffee-shops, restaurants and stores in the city center.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and does not have an elevator.

The apartment is fully equipped. It has a room with a double bed for two people, a spacious room, it has sheets, towels, pillows and blankets for all guests. Air conditioning in the living room and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. In addition, in the living room you will find a sofa bed for two people.

The kitchen is fully equipped, has all the necessary appliances to make your stay the most comfortable and profitable you can have, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, the bathroom is completely renovated and has shower gel, hands and toilet paper; all the comfort to be at home.

It is strictly forbidden to use the accommodation and facilities for parties, events or any other noise that disturbs the good coexistence and rest with other neighbors and guests of the building.

Check out time is 11AM.
We offer you a luggage storage service at our premises during office opening hours, being the cost of the service 3€/piece.

We offer you private parking just 5 minutes from the accommodation with an additional cost of 20€ per vehicle per day. Subject to availability. It is necessary to make your reservation in advance and provide the details of the vehicle to formalize the entry to the restricted area of Madrid center. Only vehicles duly accredited with environmental sticker will be allowed to enter. Request information and requirements before making your reservation.
