The open plan living/dining/kitchen area provides ample space to relax and kick-back after a day in the city. In front of the living room, you have access to a charming balcony. Great apartment, very helpful manager

Great apartment within walking distance of nearly everything (although I walk with crutches so I took taxis). Very helpful management. Note that there are stairs so not suitable if you're a wheelchair user. 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms meant there was plenty of room for us all. Barcelona is an amazing place to visit, and this is a great base to visit it from.

really nice apartment - is authentically spanish and noise travels ( we had a complaint for really just walking and talking slightly loudly) . easy access location for everything and metro close by .

Wonderful apartment in perfect location

The apartment was perfect for our party of five and everything was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent for exploring Barcelona with plentiful restaurants and Metro nearby. Betty Fords is recommended for a lively experience with good food but our favourites have to be Teresa Carles vegetarian restaurant and her Flax and Kale flexitarian restaurant. Both are highly recommended and five minutes away from the apartment. Eduard is a pleasure to communicate with and extremely helpful with local information. We had a delightful stay and can highly recommend this apartment. Thank you Eduard.

Beautiful and spacious apartment in El Raval.

A group of seven of us stayed five days in this lovely apartment near the Ramblas. It was spacious, well-equipped and cleaned daily. The appartment was situated on a lively street with plenty of bars, quirky shops and grocery stores. The flat is a stone's throw away from 'Universitat' metro, putting you at the heart of famous landmarks and attractions in minutes. Just go for it, you won't be disappointed.

Excellent stay in street Joaquin Costa

Close to La Ramblas about 300 meter and placa Catalunya in a spacious appartment with 4 bedrooms. Nice Spanish appartment with a good atmosphere based on 2nd floor with escalator from 1th floor. big kitchen area with dish washer and washing machine in the basement. A shift of towels during a 3 night visit could have been nice but no cleaning happend. But overall a very good visit in Barcelona.

Awful! Complete mis-representation of what apartment is really like!

DO NOT RENT! NOTHING MORE THAN BASIC ACCOMMODATION We were so disappointed with the standard of this apartment that we stayed for one night (as it was late) and checked into a hotel the following day. The photos do not at all look like that of the apartment. To make it worse, Eduard did nothing but argue with us when we got back to hand the keys in. His explaination of it being dirty was that it was 200 years old, despite the fact that is was advertised as being refurbished. The main bedroom was on a slant. Again, Eduards explaination was that it was old and to be expected. There are no photos of this. The photos that have been used to advertise this apartment are those of another in the same building as it is a multi-advert. We now know why there are only 2 photos of this particular apartment. Eduard said that we should have asked for further pictures, but at the time of booking, as far as we were concerned we were looking at the pictures. We did not know that those pictures were of another apartment. We had no reason to request any other pictures when the advertisement ones look nice. If they had more pictures, why were they not on the advert! They have agreed to refund 2 days stay (out of 4) after a full blown argument in front of our 3 children and even after all that, eduard still did not relent and even understand where we were coming from. There's nothing worse than having your holiday ruined as you've got to change accommodation and then to have our complaints fall on def ears! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Great apartment in ideal location.

Spacious apartment for 7 adults. Ideal location for tourist attractions and the beach. Would recommend to others and would stay in the apartment again. Barcalona is an amazing city with lots to see and do. Book attractions in advance to save queuing and try the cycle tour, good fun.

A bright, airy and central apartment.

A wonderful experience and well organised property company. The staff were extremely helpful and kind with exemplary time keeping. The apartment was actually larger than expected, clean and well stocked with kitchen equipment (I cooked daily) and the beds were comfortable. The position within the City was excellent being easy to explore both by foot and Metro surrounded by a plethora of friendly restaurants supermarkets and bars. The stairs were challenging (2nd floor) but we used the internal lift for shopping and cases and the apartment felt safe and secure with two sets of keys which was invaluable travelling in a small group. We visited the Sagrada Famillia, Aquarium, Las Ramblas, Shopping, Markets, Parc Guell, Cable Car, Beach, Restaurants and Bars and chilled sitting on the balcony, people watching! We found the people and workers of Barcelona friendly, helpful and offered a good service. We didn't experience any trouble (I've been pick-pocketed in Madrid on a previous visit!) over our 5 day trip and we found the Catalan language similar to French, which my husband is fluent in, therefore, translating menu's etc, was a little easier! Most people speak some English, so we didn't have a problem with communication. I would recommend this apartment and company to anybody wishing to explore this lovely and vibrant City. Thank you

Well-located!

This is a quiet spacious apartment in a central location and very close to the metro station. The central air conditioning works very well. The lift/elevator is tiny but perfectly fine. Lots of fruit/veg shops around for your basics. We cooked a few meals and had enough cookware and serveware to do so but the kitchen could have benefitted from a few wooden spoons to not scrape the non-stick pans as well as a tea towel or two. The wireless connection wasn't very strong and it seems that is it shared with at least one other flat in the building. After a few of tries at different times of the day I just gave up. Overall, a good stay but wish we had better access to the internet for ticket bookings and such.

Fantastic base to explore Barcelona

We had a lovely week in this apartment. It is light and airy and the air con kept it nice and cool. The rooms are nicely decorated and the beds comfortable. The high ceilings and beautifully tiled floors made it feel very Spanish. We had 8 staying, our 4 children and my parents, but found we had plenty of space. The three bathrooms meant you never had to wait! The apartments are on a street with multiple small supermarkets and are close to many places to eat. It was a great central location but felt a bit off the tourist drag so prices were cheaper and there was less noise. Andreas and his team couldn't have been more helpful. Would recommend the apartment highly.

Well equipped and spacious for our family of four. We ate in two nights and had everything we needed. We did a laundry and had no issues with the wash, but the dryer did not dry the clothes quickly.

Great Apartment

The staff was amazing and very quick to respond to any questions. We paid half owed online and the other half when we arrived. I was nervous about this, but everything went smooth. They charged the exact amount owed and, overall, it seemed like a very reputable company to deal with. The neighborhood was a lower middle-class area but felt safe with many food options. And we were very close to many tourist sites. Also, the building seemed very secure with cameras everywhere and a locked entrance to the building. We did stay over 2 weeks so a vacuum in the unit would have been nice given the maids do not clean the floors or exchange bath towels. Also an extra set of towel per person would have been nice as it would be easier to wash them. Other reviews have mentioned the noise and that is a thing. You do hear the people above you walking and banging around. But there’s a small open space along the length of the apartment and another building of apartments the other side so you hear the yelling and parties going on over there. Regardless of a few small issues, I loved the space for a family and the colorful neighborhood and this company. I would definitely stay again:)

Location was OK, Easy to get around. At times it was noisy (screaming baby in the complex). On top of the baby screaming the last evening we were there someone called the apartment and threatened to kick us to the street if we didn't quite down. It seems like someone had their channels crossed and were very upsetting to us. ---- think twicw before coming here!!!

Beautiful unit. not greatest area

the apartment was wonderful. very clean and comfortable. hosts were very kind and had great communication. area around the unit was not great for cleanliness and shopping or restaurant options, but it was centrally located to get to many things in Barcelona easily. host definitely needs to change/fix door lock on unit as we were unable to unlock it to exit, struggling for 10 minutes before we were able to get it unlocked.

Amazing unit!! Comfortably suited for 8 people. Pictures are exactly as shown. Eduard and Matteo were easy to deal with and VERY helpful. Gave great suggestions on activities (the paella club is a must) that we ALL enjoyed! They even helped us arrange taxis for airport transfers. Location is close to Las Ramblas and within walking distance to everything we wanted. Unit was clean and modern and made our visit that much more enjoyable!

Great Location and Beautiful Rooms

The property is extremely cleanly and in great condition. The location was walkable to many restaurants, stores as well as markets. Right next to La Ramblas and easy to access. Something to keep in mind is that finding taxis can take upwards of 10 minutes and require ~200m of walking.
