Appartamento di lusso situato sul lungomare di Lavadores Beach. Situato in un edificio moderno, di fronte all'Oceano Atlantico, a Vila Nova de Gaia - Porto - nei pressi della foce del fiume Douro.

Questo appartamento di 2 camere da letto 4 posti letto ed è nuovo. Si trova sulla prima linea di fronte alla spiaggia a secco, un'area moderna sulla costa di Vila Nova de Gaia. Ideale per una vacanza o un breve soggiorno e anche un luogo ideale per vivere.

Dispone di un ampio soggiorno e cucina in open space con balcone affacciato sul mare, dove è possibile rilassarsi, prendere il sole e ammirare gli splendidi tramonti. La camera è dotata di comodi divani e moderne, ha una Smart TV LCD 55 pollici, TV via cavo con oltre 100 canali e connessione internet wireless 50 Mb / s. L'ampia cucina è attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici, attrezzature e gli utensili necessari. Dispone inoltre di una lavanderia.

Le 2 camere da letto sono arredate con letti king size e super-comodi materassi per consentire una profonda, rilassante sonno. Una camera è una suite con vasca e vasca idromassaggio. L'altra è una grande camera da letto matrimoniale, anche dotate di bagno completo. Entrambe le camere sono dotate di balcone con vista sul mare e si può godere di una magnifica vista da ogni camera.

Lots of walking and beautiful sea view!

We enjoyed the location as it offered lots of walking and had a beautiful view. Looks just like pictures. A car is handy to venture into old town. Please note, the fireplace does not work.

Great stay in Vila Nova da Gaia

We had a wonderful stay in the beachside apartment. It was very clean, spacious and well equipped. We were three adults and it was very comfortable for all of us. During our stay of two weeks we had our bed linens and towels exchanged once which was a nice perk. The beds were comfortable. We had a car and the inside parking was handy with close proximity to the elevator. We were about a ten minute drive to the Gaia side of the Douro. Some of the furniture is showing its age and the bathroom sinks/vanities could use a bit of an update. Overall, it was a great stay.

It was a good location and wonderful apartment. Only issues are water leak from the bidet and the heater does no work in either of the bedrooms. Had to heat the apartment with the living room heater. Aside from that, loves the experience.

Beautiful, quiet location on the beach

Spacious apartment on the beach with restaurants below, grocery nearby and exercise path along the beach. It is away from Porto attractions but we liked it becacuse we could go to town and then return to the quiet neighborhood. Marcos is a wonderful host and responds.

Comfy place with great views

Comfortable apto with great view of the ocean and a gorgeous sunset. Although it’s s little distant from Porto attractions it’s far enough of all the noise and crowd as well. Marcos the owner was very kind, helpful and quick to answer. Easy to buy groceries nearby and do a walk or jog at the end of a day. We’ll be back.

A fantastic time in Porto and Northern Portugal!

My wife and I stayed at this Porto apartment from May 6 to May 13, 2018. We had a fantastic time exploring Porto and Northern Portugal during the day. Returning to this very beautiful and comfortable apartment every evening to watch the sun set on the Atlantic. Marcos was a very gracious host treating us with the utmost respect and leaving nothing to worry about. Our deepest appreciation to Marcos for a wonderful time. It was our first experience with VRBO and it won't be our last!

Beautiful, comfortable aparment with outstanding sea views.

The apartment is very conveniently positioned on the sea front with lovely views of the ocean. There are some lovely bars and restaurants within walking distance and the beach is a two minute walk across the road. Porto is within easy reach by bus and we managed very well using the regular bus service. Taxis are plentiful and good value for money and we were delighted at not having to hire a car. Marcos was incredibly helpful and a man of his word. He is the most easy person to deal with and it would be great if all property managers were as reliable as he! The apartment is well appointed and we found the beds really comfortable. It was great to have the use of deck chairs and a beach umbrella. Thank you Marcos for making our stay so memorable and we very much hope to return.

Schöne Zwit

Die Wohnung liegt toll und ist sehr groß! In der Küche ist alles vorhanden und auch viel Platz für die Kleidung. In der Nähe findet man viele Restaurants und Cafés! Mit dem Uber ist man super schnell in die Stadt gefahren. Es war eine schöne Urlaubszeit!

Great spacious apartment. Great location with sea views.

Very nice and spacious. Beautiful views of the sea. Great position on the promenade with easy access to walks and to cafes and restaurants along the sea front. Easy access to a choice of beaches. We had a hired a car so it was easy to pop into Porto centre and Vila Nova.

magnificent Stay

We were met by Marcos, and given a tour of the apartment, the view exactly as the photo, the beds were comfortable and emaculately clean! It is a large apartment with plenty of seating for 4 adults, will definately stay there again when next in Nova de Gaia!

Place itself was nice but communication with manager of apartment terrible. Although we order and later even demand invoice with correct value of payment till now we didnt get it. Its almost 1.5 week without any response from him.

Gorgeous unit with fantastic view and everything you need

This property was well taken care of and has a great view and is right across from the beach and a wonderful walking path. It’s well stocked and has everything you need. There is an excellent restaurant right below and coffee shops all along the walking path right across the street. We enjoyed waking up each morning and walking along the boardwalk miles in each direction.

Lovely holiday near Porto

This flat was exactly as described and a really lovely place to stay, clean and with a gorgeous view of the sea and the sunsets. Marcos is a good host too. You can easily catch a bus into Porto from the bus stop opposite the Casa Branca restaurant which Marcos recommended and was well worth a visit, delicious fish meals in particular. We would thoroughly recommend this flat for a holiday near Porto.

Beautiful views!

Awesome clean, spacious apartment in a wonderful location. We thoroughly enjoyed the views from the 2 balconies and the proximity to the beach. Marcos was a great host. Would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful Lavadores within easy reach of a vibrant and bustling Porto

After I booked this accommodation I wondered on looking again at its location on the map whether I had made an error in choosing an apartment which was not in central Porto. But I need not have worried because when we arrived I realised that I had made the best choice. The apartment was new, spacious and comfortable with fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean both from the lounge and even whilst laying in bed watching the amazing sky turn first pink then blue in the early morning sunrise. The block was so quiet, situated in a peaceful and secure environment overlooking the sea. There is a lovely cafe bar below for that glass of Vinho Verdi either on the way out for the evening or on return for a nightcap. We used the local buses to reach Porto and Taxis a couple of times to return when we were tired after much sightseeing. They cost no more than €8 per trip and Uber was particularly good for delivering us home from a restaurant after the arrival of an Atlantic storm one evening. In Porto one of our best finds was the food market called Bom Succeso. Not as big as the Time Out Market in Lisbon but less crowded and we found Portuguese Sparkling wine at only €2 a glass! Another was a lovely little wine bar called “Wee Porto” where we sat outside in the sunshine and enjoyed a plate of Portuguese cheese and some aged Tawny Port. Marcos met us on arrival and gave us useful information about the apartment facilities, good restaurants and their menus. Altogether a very enjoyable stay. Portugal never fails when it comes to giving an opportunity to meet and speak with friendly locals and to enjoy such wonderful sights and local cuisine.
