Perfect location

Very clean and modern. It has everything you need. Its a very small flat. We were 3 adults. So the sofabed we did not change uring the day. Very very steep stairs to the second floor. The sink in the bathroom could be bigger. Good service. Perfect to use BOLT for all transport. Cheaper than bus as we were 3. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby. It was steep everywhere to go down to the water or up the hill. The flat is on the hill. Alfama district.

Cozy apartement in great location

We really liked the apartement especially the location. Its a short walk to the viewpoints and the city. Check in was easy and Silvia gave us some great recommendations. The Copenhagen Coffee Lab was our favourite. The Apartement was clean and the bed very comfortable.Its a good size for two people. If anything i would have liked the bathroom to be a bit more spacious. Other than that everything waa perfect. comfortav

Insgesamt eine schöne Wohnung, aber doch sehr klein

Zuerst das postive: Die Wohnung liegt unmittelbar an einer Haltestelle der Straßenbahn 28. Das ist eine Toplage um die Altstadt von Lissabon zu erkunden und in die Innenstadt zu kommen. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur und die Betreuung vor Ort war hervorragend. Fragen wurden sofort per whatsapp beantwortet. (Nochmals vielen Dank an Silvia) Negativ: Angaben zu Veranda stimmen nicht, es war keine Veranda vorhanden. Der Essbereich ist so klein, dass die Sitzmöglichkeit eigentlich nur für 2 Personen reicht. Ansonsten stimmen alle Angaben.

Logement bien situé dans Alafama

Proche du tram à un quart d'heure de marche du métro, et des lieux touristiques. Très bien pour 2 voir 3 maxi . Merci pour l'accueil chaleureux de Silvia ainsi que tous ces conseils pour les restaurants et les visites.... très arrangeante pour les horaires d'arrivée et de départ !

Great little place in super location

This place was perfect for us. It's tiny, but efficient, well laid out and everything you need. The neighborhood is really cute and the place is quiet for sleeping. Lots of great restaurants and shops close by. Sylvia was so sweet and accommodating. Our plane from Philly was delayed, so we didn't arrive at the apartment until midnight and she came across town to meet us. Be warned, it's not on a street you can drive on so you have to walk about 20 meters up a cobblestone road and then up two steep flights of stairs. This was not a problem for us, but could be for people with mobility issues.

Lovely Lisbon Apartment

Silvia was very welcoming and really helped set us up for a great stay in this lovely part of Lisbon. The compact apartment suits the Alfama area and has everything you need to enjoy a lovely stay. Sylvia's recommendation for places to eat out were spot on. We would definitely return.

Excellente location

Appartement très bien situé, à 2 pas de l’arrêt du tram 28, très propre et totalement conforme à l’annonce. En voiture, il y a un parking, que nous avait conseillé Silvia, à une dizaine de minutes à pied, 10€ par jour. Très pratique.

nice stay in the center of alfama

we ( a friend group of 4 ) spend around 8 days in this beautiful apartment in the center of alfama. the check in was perfect due to the direct communication with silvia. she even gave us recommedations for resturants and connected us with a teacher for a surf lesson. the apartment was really cozy and clean. we were privided with a washer, all kinds of kitchen supplies and when there was a question or we needed anything, we got a fast reply. this apartment was amazing and the perfect fit for us four girls thank you for the nice stay

Excellent séjour d'une semaine

L'appartement surprend au départ par sa petite taille, mais il se révèle très confortable. 3 espaces distincts chambre, séjour, cuisine. Lit confortable, cuisine bien équipée avec toute la vaisselle nécessaire. Parfaite propreté. Pour la salle de bains: à noter qu'une personne corpulente n'entrera pas par l'ouverture de la cabine de douche. Le lieu est très calme, propice à la visite à pieds des trois secteurs Alfama, Mouraria et même Graça. A 15 mètres de la maison: le tram 28 vous emmène vers le centre, à partir duquel on peut rayonner dans le reste de la ville. Important: la "maîtresse de maison" Silvia est francophone, attentive aux besoins des hôtes, et prodigue des conseils de toute sorte avec une sympathique vivacité.

Excellent location for alfama!

Well placed for alfama, castello, se! Tram 28 stops 10m away. Very functional - but no elevator, steep stairs, maybe the smallest bathroom ever. But it worked well for me and my son. Silvia will provide all the information you need (she alone is half the value!)

Alfama stay

Small, but very clean apartment. The only negative part is that there is not TV. Very close to Tram 28 and in walking distance to a lot. Communication with Manual was great and Sylvia greeted us and gave us great information. Really enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic!

Silvia was so helpful with communication and helpful recommendations for food and touring around the flat! Great location in Alfama. Flat is on the smaller side (especially the shower) but worked perfectly fine for us (2 people)! We had a wonderful stay and would come back again. Thank you, Silvia!

Amazing place

We had a fabulous time staying at the apartment. we have a small 8 month old baby and the apartment was equipped with everything we needed which made our stay very relaxed. Sylvia couldnt be more accomodating and helpful. we had a fantastic break away which was much needed as new parents! we have nothing negative to stay and recommend staying here! unforunately 2 nights in a row another guest in the next apartment had a problem with some noise coming from our apartment. the first night we arrived around 9pm and after being welcomed by sylvia we unpacked our babies cot and other belongings, we also had a pizza delivered, we werent expectionally loud at all. The guest next door banged on our door around 10:30pm and said 'be quiet' we apologised. however the following night around 10.30pm again our baby was cooing a little louder than usual, the guest came out and shouted 'shut that child up' we were completely shocked and let sylvia know what had happened and it was dealt with very proffesionaly. we can assure anyone reading this review we were not overly loud and this is a reflection on the unreasonable guest and her anger issues. we feel we have to explain this as we would not want anyone to be put off staying here. it is a quaint, beautiful apartment, fantastic location and fantastic hosts!
