Täydellinen perheille ja suurille ryhmille! Hissi käytettävissä ryhmille, joilla on tarpeita.

Upea, yksityinen luonnollinen retriitti melkein 15 hehtaarilla. 3 hehtaarin yksityinen järvi, jossa on lämmitetty suolaisen veden uima-allas ja poreallas. Juuri rakennettu huvimaja (ei vielä kuvassa). Tässä ominaisuudessa on kaikki henkeäsalpaavista vesi- ja puutarha-näkymistä huomaavaiseen suunnitteluun ja laadukkaaseen käsityötaitoon kaikkialla.

Äskettäin uusittu ja laajennettu avokeittiö on kodin napa. Keittiön ympärillä on 22 hengen ruokasali, perhehuone, josta on näköala järvelle, ja olohuone, jossa on biljardipöytä. Keittiössä on prep-alue, siivousalue w / 2 astianpesukoneella, tarjoilu- ja aamiaishuone.

Lisäksi kodissa on myös pelihuone lapsille. Ping Pong, koripallovannepeli, vanhan koulun konsolit ja paljon muuta.

Järvi on käytettävissä kalastukseen ja uimiseen. Tarjoamme meloa veneen ja kajakkeja. Lisäksi runsaasti lasten ulkona pelattavia pelejä, mukaan lukien koripallo tavoite. 40'x60 'valkoinen hiekkaranta on rakenteilla.

Kiinteistö on täydellinen sekoitus vanhoja puita / metsiä ja avoimia kenttiä. Amazing Wedding Weekend

Our daughter was getting married and we live out of town. We rented this gorgeous property to host our family, the bridesmaids and their dates. It was the best thing!!! The property is just as listed and the views are stunning!!! The property manager was super communicative and answered in a timely manner!! All our guests loved it and enjoyed staying there!!! It really made us feel like we were sharing our own home with them!! Thank you for making our daughter’s wedding weekend even more special!! Don’t hesitate to rent this property!!

New Years Famliy Wine Trip

The house and property are spectacular. We have stayed in many homes, in many locations and this one did not disappoint! The house was clean, well appointed and accurately described. The property is beautiful…even in the winter. We were concerned about having the house manager living on site, but as described, it was absolutely not a problem.

Well appointed Charlottesville property

Wonderful Family Vacation

We loved our stay at Ivy Springs! The house is spacious, beautiful, and unique. The property is gorgeous and tucked away, yet still very accessible to Charlottesville. The house, kitchen, and bathrooms were well stocked with supplies and the beds were very comfortable. There is a lot to enjoy at the house from the pool, hot tub, outdoor space, pool table, air hockey, ping pong, basketball, kayaks, and lots of games and lounging spaces. The property manager was very kind and responsive to all of the feedback I gave her and was quick to accommodate our needs. Our only minor complaint was that there were a few areas of the house that didn’t feel as clean as we’d like it, including some stains on linens and older/stained bathroom fixtures. This did not detract from our stay at all and even though the house shows its age and has some quirks, we absolutely loved staying here. We would highly recommend Ivy Springs to anyone for a family getaway! All the kids ages 7 and up loved it there and our family agreed we would happily plan another trip to the property again!

We had a wonderful time staying here for my bachelorette party. The house was gorgeous, and was even better than the pictures! It was in a beautiful location close to downtown but far enough to really have your own space. We had a large group and everyone was comfortable—a huge bonus was the big dining room table for everyone to enjoy a meal together. The property manager and hosts were extremely flexible and accommodating and when I had a question about check out, they answered in a matter of minutes. Could not recommend more!

Beautiful setting

The grounds of this house are amazingly beautiful - well manicured and lots of room to play. Deer walked by on a daily basis and the pond was great for fishing. And it was very quiet! While the house has a somewhat quirkly set-up, the beds were all comfortable and the items we needed were all there. There were just a few minor items that needed updating and fixed, but nothing that prevented us from having a nice time. The host was very quick to respond when we needed a few minor items. The only thing that bothered our group were the amount of bees that were in and beside the pool area. When we first arrived, they feasted on the hydrangea bushes poolside, but as the week went on, they decided we tasted better and a few of us got bit. If you are allergic to bees (thankfully none of us were!), then you might want to reconsider your stay (or go at a time when the bees aren't so busy.)

Great spot for large group

This property was the perfect spot for what we needed. My children and grandchildren, and I stayed there for two nights while we were in Charlottesville for my father’s funeral. The only drawback was that the pool is not heated and it was the first week of May, which, according to the description it should have been. Everything else about the beautiful property was great.

I recently stayed at this property and I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. From the moment I booked the property to the moment I checked out, everything was seamless and easy. The outdoor area was also fantastic, with a beautiful pool and plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun. The location of the property was perfect - it was close to all the attractions I wanted to visit, but also secluded enough to provide a peaceful and relaxing escape. . The property manager was extremely helpful and responsive throughout my stay, answering any questions I had and making sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciated the level of customer service I received. Overall, my stay at this VRBO property was absolutely fantastic.

Great Family Weekend

The property is beautiful and the house is older than depicted. Still nice and we had a great time, but some TLC is needed to bring the house up to standards based on the price. (i.e. rickety spiral stair case, clogged sinks, oven replaced and covered with plastic) Also, there is a live in caretaker that we did not hear about until after booking.

Thanksgiving at Ivy Springs Retreat

The grounds of Ivy Springs are exceptional and the house is very nice for a large group. We enjoyed the spacious dining room for our entire family to celebrate Thanksgiving. The kitchen is large and stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. There was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy themselves. While there is an elevator available, this property is not advertised as handicap accessible and an individual in a wheelchair would have a hard time utilizing the elevator or the downstairs bedrooms as door frames are a bit narrow. It would be beneficial to check measurements prior to booking.

Celebrating birthday

Staff were open and flexible in allowing us to drop off food and hang outside before the designated arrival time. The house was beautiful, spotless and well appointed. The beds were extremely comfortable and the outside grounds were gorgeous.

Great property for large group

We were in Charlottesville for our son’s wedding. Our entire family was able to stay together at this property which was wonderful. We also were able to provide a place for members of the wedding party to come and get ready for the wedding as a group in the privacy of this beautiful home. It made for a great meeting place. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the grounds were very well kept. The inside of the home does need some updating and we had a few issues over the weekend but the property manager was extremely responsive and did her best to take care of the issues. It seems the owners plan to continue to invest in the property to make the necessary upgrades. The interior layout of the home is a bit funky but it didn’t impact our stay at all. The kitchen was well supplied and it was nice to find basics there which many VRBO rentals seem to forget to include.

Three generation fun!

This was the perfect place for bringing together our family of twelve (five children, ages 2 1/2-7 and six adults) for 4 days of fun. The outdoors is idyllic with many options for all types of activities., from swimming in the pool, to trying to catch tadpoles and frogs in the pond, to playing in the sand and enjoying yard games on the lawn. The house has lots of space for everyone to spread out and is well equipped to handle crowds. We would definitely consider a return visit!

Deceiving Photos

We were floored by the actual condition of the place - it was dirty (black mold in bathrooms), filthy coffee pot, dead frogs in the pool upon arrival, had no A/C for a night in the middle of July, kayaks and paddleboat filled with weeks' worth of water and completely unusable, cat from basement apartment wandered up. I could go on, but suffice it to say, the 5 star reviews are based on the grounds and views, pics are selective and completely outdated, and owners, who claim to be customer service oriented, are really concerned about maximizing their profit on this one. Read the other reviews closely and you'll see the trends and excuses (it's hard water that stains the shower curtains, unsafe stairs are 'designed to flex', and owners are shocked at anything less than 5 star reviews). Save your money and stay somewhere clean with people who actually care about their guests' experience.

Wedding Weekend

We had our daughter's wedding rehearsal dinner at the house. The house/property was absolutely perfect for this. There is so much room that everyone felt very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place, especially for family gatherings.
