I´ll let you in, give you keys, and show you what you need to know, so that you can best enjoy your vacation apartment.

9) HOW TO GET OLD TOWN, SINTRA, PORTO, ALGARVE?
You can get Old Town (10 minutes) Sintra (30 minutes), Porto (3 hours), Algarve (4 hours) by Train at Oriente Station, 3 minutes walk from Haven in Lisbon.

10) RENTAL RATES. MAXIMUM 4 ADULTS.

This exquisite Apartment has porcelains, furniture and curtains made from fragile and expensive fabrics. This is the reason why we do not accept children.
d) 2 Adults: Rental rate depends on the month.
e) 1 additional Adult: €80/night.
f) 2 additional Adults: €160/night.
g) Haven in Lisbon offers a 10% discount if you stay 7 nights or longer.
h) Renter agrees that the number of Guests occupying Haven in Lisbon will not exceed the number of Guests paid.

The front door of the building opens with an automatic command and has Intercom to Haven in Lisbon.
