A stunning new build with 180-degree views of the South Cornish Coast. Parc an Praze is a beautifully appointed home with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a large living space for family and groups. The landscape is beautifully created with a variety of patios with views of the seas as well as views of the local village. With only a 5 minute walk to the beach and several beach cafe's this house is located perfectly for a family beach holiday, south coast walking adventure or peaceful get-a-way.
The house has plenty of space for everyone to have - their space! With 5 bedrooms, 4 of which have king beds, all have lovely space, wardrobes and drawers for you to feel at home for the week. The Kitchen and lounge are double height with wonderful views of the sea and village, so no matter what the weather, nature and the beauty of the Cornish coast are a wallpaper to your stay.
The house is beautifully decorated and furnished to the highest level and the kitchen has every accessory possible to make your time away easy and fun.
The outdoor space is plentiful with separate patios to capture the evolving sun scape across the garden and lots of space for the kids to run and play. The beach is a 5 minute walk and there is a selection of cafes and pub in the village so you don't have to go far for a wonderful meal or cup of hot cocoa when you come off the beach.
There is a games room for the kids to hide away in and a large boot, laundry and utility room to help deal with all the mess that a holiday near the sea can bring.
There is an electric charger that will be turned on if required for guests travelling in electric cars.
