Sehr ringhörig und an einer lauten Strasse. Gemäss Beschreibung eine Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern, was nicht der Wahrheit entspricht. Es sind 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Wohnzimmer - beide eher klein.
