About this space
Recently renovated 3 bedroom period home (1 x King 1 x Double 2 x Single). Boasting a sun filled garden everything you need for a super comfortable stay; Log Burner / Smart TV / Dishwasher / Bathtub + Shower. All just a 5 min drive/ bus ride or 20 min scenic stroll from the historic Oxford city centre and college grounds.
Also, just a stone's throw from trendy Cowley Road- known for it's eclectic restaurants and lined with shops, bars, cafes, music venues and more.
The space

Stylish and family friendly victorian town house located on a peaceful street just off of trendy Cowley Road where you will find the best restaurants in Oxford as featured in 'Time Out', music venues, an independent cinema and every thing you need to cover your day-to-day needs: supermarkets, banks, ATM, petrol station, pharmacy etc.
Numerous bus services run from Cowley Road to the historic Oxford city centre. Alternatively you can take a scenic 20 minute stroll over Magdalen Bridge.
Travelling to/from further afield has never been easier with St Clements bus stop across the road offering 24/7 busses to London and surrounding airports.

Bedroom 1: King Size Bed / First Floor

Bedroom 3: Twin Beds (2 x Single) / Second Floor
*All beds dressed in hotel quality linen*
Travel cot available for use (bedding and linen not provided so please be sure to provide your own if required).

*Towels, bath mats and travel size toiletries provided*

Cook up a storm in the fully equipped KITCHEN, including:
- Kettle, Toaster, Microwave
- Oven, Gas Hobs

Sample one of the fabulous local takeaways at the kitchen dining table or in the living room dining area. Available for use: High Chair also available for use
After a long day of sight seeing, relax in the stylish LIVING ROOM around the warmth of the log burner and watch your favourite shows on the Smart TV with on demand apps including Netflix and iPlayer. Please use your own login details for on demand apps. Regular Freeview channels included.
Make the most of the private BACK GARDEN on a British Summer’s day!

Guests will have private access to the entirety of my home along with back garden.
Other things to note
SELF CHECK IN
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am.
Please note: You will be charged £100.00 for lost keys, broken keys and key call outs, so please be careful with them.
A charge will also be applied if guests check in early or check out late without permission or do not place the keys back in the key safe on their departure.
CLEANING/ LINEN
The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival. Mid-stay cleans are not included but please get in touch if you would like to pay to book a clean with fresh linen and towels during your stay.
Linen and bedding is not provided for the travel cot, please bring your own if required.
We provide a limited amount of consumables (toilet roll, travel size shampoo/conditioner etc.) to kick-start your stay and will recommend a local store where you can easily purchase more once you have settled in.
PARKING
Unfortunately there is no parking on premises however there is Union Street paid car park - just a 4 minute walk from mine, or alternatively check-out 'JustPark' online for affordable nearby options.
LOG BURNER
There is a log burner in the living room. You are welcome to make use of this but please use responsibly and follow the guest manual instructions, plus, please note you will need to provide your own fuel as we cannot guarantee any will be left in the house hold. Please provide either logs or smokeless coal.
The doors should be kept shut when the stove is lit. When the burner is in use it gets very hot so please take care and use the tool provided to open the door to add fuel. There is no permanent fireguard, so if you have young children staying in the property, please use your judgement and extreme caution as to if/when you use the stove. Fire must be put out when not attended.
Additional rules

- No extra guests
- Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down
- No noise after 10pm
- Indoor shoes/slippers preferred
- Treat the flat as if it were your own
- When leaving the property please make sure you lock the door and all the windows
- If guests lock themselves out of the property OR they do not place keys in the lockbox at checkout, a £50 fee will apply
- If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a £100 fee will apply

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
