Dit huis is onlangs gerenoveerd en is beschikbaar op 1 september 2017. Het is een badhuis met 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Het ligt op een geweldige locatie. Gelegen op een paar blokken van de jachthaven en de stranden. Een paar blokken naar schilderachtige Avalanche Mountain (5 minuten lopen), waar u kunt wandelen op paden, mountainbike of Disc golf. Het huis ligt op slechts 800 meter van de zakenwijk (8 minuten lopen), waar u op vrijdagavond kunt genieten van een aantal geweldige restaurants en brouwcafés of 'Stroll the Streets' kunt afrekenen. Boyne Mountain ligt op slechts 10 minuten rijden van het huis waar je kunt skiën, mountainbiken, naar het Lawine Bay Water Park en de zip-line. Het huis heeft een mooie tuin en is zeer gezinsvriendelijk. Het heeft een mudroom aan beide ingangen van het huis om je ski's, schoenen etc. vast te houden Het huis heeft Wi-Fi, een flatscreen-tv, een dvd-speler, Dish Network, Netflix, Amazon video, nieuwe matrassen (zeer comfortabel), een buitenterras en een grill.
Watersporters welkom !! De oprit is voldoende groot voor uw boot & trailer en extra voertuigen. Er is ook parkeergelegenheid achter de garage. We hebben 50 ft sigarettenbooten op de oprit voor Boyne Thunder gehad. We bezitten ook het huis aan de overkant van de straat. De andere aanbieding is 873479 op VRBO. Het is zeer vergelijkbaar en even charmant.
We hebben een strikte geen huisdierenbeleid, maar er zijn enkele geweldige kennels in het gebied die u uw huisdier ook op vakantie kunt geven. "Dogs World North" heeft gelijk in Boyne City en slechts ongeveer 2 mijl afstand van het huis. Ook "Happy Tails" in Petoskey

Good snowboarding stay

Everything was as described, comfortable beds and nice place . Only about a 5-10 minute ride to hit the slopes. Easy to get to and comfortable place. Stayed Friday to Sunday, had a great time

Improv Ski Trip

This place is awesome! We lobed the location, easy drive to Boyne Mountain, our attraction for the weekend. Super close to grocery and provisions. Space was clean, felt very comfortable, bedrooms smartly utilized, and stocked with all essentials. Everything functioned as expected. We will plan on staying again in future. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Great place to stay for a weekend of skiing at Biyne Mountain

Great home in a convenient location near downtown Boyne City/Lake Charlevoix. We had a little snafu when the water heater failed, bu tour host had this replaced and repaired within 24 hours. We were very comfortable with our stay.

Very nice location

The house itself was very nice! We have 3 kids so the bedroom with 3 twin beds was perfect. But the town of Boyne City was so cute!!! Shops, restaurants, water with a great sunset, etc.

Autumn Getaway

Had such a great time at Tim’s place which was better than it appeared on line and perfect for us. Great location, well appointed, would definitely stay here again. We all wished we had more time to enjoy the area and comfortable home.

This is a great little house!

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. House is very cute, nicely decorated and very clean. It’s just minutes from downtown, the ski resort and indoor water park.

Stay Downtown Boyne City

Our stay was ok. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the home. The refrigerator was very dirty, crumbs, sticky messes and leftover food from other folks. There was vomit, dried up in the driveway. I am allergic to cigarette smoke… some areas seem to smell like “stale”smoke. Very dusty….just minimum cleaning if any done…like changing sheets. It was a quiet neighborhood, close to activities, easy to get to places. Just work on the cleaning!!!

Everything was perfect. Ac did not work tho, so got warm inside. We were on the water other than sleep time so it was enjoyable. Would definitely stay again. Close to everything as well.

Great location and roomy

Location within walking distance to town and easy driving to area towns like Petosky. Stocked with necessary supplies. Owner readily available and responsive. The house needs a deep cleaning and towels replaced. Shower Liners stained and we had little black beetle encounters several times. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.

Perfect location: blocks from water and 5 minutes from mountain!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this home away from home. The three bedrooms were perfect for my husband and I, our 2 kids, and my mother-in-law! Beds were very comfortable and house was well stocked with basics like towels, soap, basic cooking supplies, etc. Tim and his wife left us a binder with information about house and city ~ including restaurant descriptions and menus (very helpful). Having never been to Boyne City, I felt extremely comfortable there and we had no issues finding great places to visit and eat. My kids did not want to leave and were calling the house their "new house"! We would definitely stay here on our next visit!

Convenient but not clean

This is close to hiking trails, Boyne mountain and water parks, so it's great if you plan to be away most of the time. The owner did come by and gave us a recommendation for where to find fall colors and seem to be a really nice guy. But the house was not great. First thing you will notice is a lingering cigarette smell that is noticable for the entire stay. There was crusted food on some of the "clean" utensils. There was a dirty dish in the microwave. The ottoman in the living room had someone's dirty underwear in it, we didn't open it again after that discovery. The bathroom on the main floor had mold on the ceiling and the glass light fixture was cracked significantly. The comforters on the beds had stains on them. There was something that looked like dried vommit in the gravel in the driveway. It is strange the stark contrast between my experience and the other experiences detailed about this property. We did stay the whole 3 days we'd booked and look back on it as a fun vacation.

I am so happy to be able to share my passion for Northern Michigan with my own family. Come visit Boyne and you will see why I fell in love with the city. No matter the season, it doesn't get much better than Northern Michigan.
