Some issues, but not deal breakers.
Overall, the apartment was good. The bathrooms were small but nothing that we didn't expect. The only complaints that I had were with the check-in process. I knew that I would not be there for check-in, but I contacted the host to let them know that fact and also to let them know who from my family would be there at check-in. Based on what my family explained, there were a number of buildings at the location they gave us for the address so that was confusing. In the future, I think the host should drop a pin so that it's specific and as easy to find as possible. My family waited about 20/30 minutes to meet up with the host for the keys so that was frustrating having just arrived in London from the U.S. The next issue was that I was never told that the host would need a copy of my passport since I was the one that booked the apartment. Thankfully I was landing to catch a connecting flight to London and was able to text the picture to my cousin in order for them to be able to take possession of the apartment at that time. The final issue I had was that there was only one key and fob provided. I contacted the host a day and half after check in and they said they would look to see if there was a second set and get back to me which they never did. If not for the confusion about where the apartment was located, the time spent waiting for the host to meet up for the keys, and only having one set, I would have rated this apartment as a four star or higher.
