This mid-terrace cottage is in the town of Listowel near to Tralee and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.

Grogan's Cottage is a lovely mid-terrace cottage situated in the town of Listowel just sixteen miles from Tralee in County Kerry. The cottage can sleep six people in two ground floor double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower, and one first floor double bedroom with en-suite shower as well as a ground floor family shower room. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside there is roadside parking and a courtyard with furniture. Grogan's Cottage is a perfect spot for a relaxing holiday.

Amenities: Electric storage heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, TV with Saorview, DVD, selection of DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent Apr Sep inclusive, 20 supplement payable directly to owner Oct Mar inclusive. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Roadside parking on a first come first served basis. Additional parking in free car park 150 yards from cottage. Private courtyard with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk.

Town: The bustling market town of Listowel, designated as a Heritage Town of Ireland lies alongside the bubbling River Feale in the beautiful north of County Kerry. Listowel is celebrated as the literary capital of Ireland, and the annual festival is one of Irelands most famous, with authors and playwrights from around the world descending upon the town each June. The narrow streets are littered with brightly painted buildings, home to many welcoming shops and pubs, with the latter regularly showcasing traditional Irish music. The town offers something for everyone with a popular racecourse providing two meetings a year, a golf course, a writer's museum, the unique Lartigue Railway, the Garden of Europe, a May Bank Holiday weekend military tattoo, September Harvest Food Fair and a castle.
