Kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Dining room with woodburner. Sitting room with open fire. 3 x TV, TV in main bedroom and kitchen, plus a 48 inch TV in sitting room, all TVs have Saorview. Sitting room and hallway have new timber flooring as of July 2024. WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Games available. Oil central heating. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Ample off-road parking.
