This spacious studio apartment has wood flooring and an area rug it offers a queen size bed, glass top eating table with 2 chairs and a designer chair for your seating comfort. There are two closets with hangers, a wall unit with additional draw space. The kitchen with its tile flooring and vaulted ceiling, is equipped with a microwave oven, Toaster/convection oven and a induction plate. Also, for your morning coffee is a coffee maker in addition to a blender for your fruit smoothies. Plenty of dishes, cups, spoons and forks are provided for your convenience.

I am a man of many interest. I owned a hair salon in Brooklyn NY for 25 yrs and am certified to teach cosmetology. In college my interest was in commercial art and advertising. “I feel most comfortable with people that have an appreciation for the arts”. I studied pastel portraits and voice lessons with local artist. Also I have a passion for the healing arts. I am an officiant and enjoy sharing the excitement of officiating wedding ceremonies. I am a Reiki Master, Intuitive reader, Spiritual Life Coach and facilitate healing through different modalities. I am a licensed real-estate agent in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. I thought home staging in the community college and offer private home staging techniques for home owners. My latest interest is the art of Designer Cakes. I love animals and share my home with three Pekingese dogs [two were adopted from a shelter]. I am not enslaved by Politics or Religion. I allow people to express their individual contribution to our planet and hope they allow me that same respect. I enjoy reading self-help and philosophical books. My personal journey is to explore my inner self so that I can awaken to a higher consciousness.
